To ensure the pricing is accurate and synchronized, this guide explains how Host can edit their mapped rates. This is especially important when Host create a new rate plan in Delta PMS, the new plan must be manually remapped to the Airbnb Listing before it can be updated and synchronized correctly. Once mapped, the connected Airbnb Listing will reflect the pricing changes made in Delta PMS.
Follow the steps below to edit your mapped rates and ensure successful synchronization with Airbnb.
Step 1: Navigate to Integration
Log in to Delta PMS account.
Once logged in, go to the side bar on the left screen.
Click on the Integration menu.
Then, click the "Listings" button on the Airbnb option in OTA tab.
After that, it will be redirected to the Listings tab under Airbnb Integration page as shown below with example of listings that already imported
Step 2: Edit Rate Mapping on the Listings
On the Airbnb listing list, select on of the Listing that want to edit the rate mapping
Then click "See Details" button that placed on each Listing data
Once the "See Details" button clicked, then it will be redirected to Listing details page.
Next, focus on the Mapping Information section that placed on the top of page content.
After that, click on "Edit mapping" button on to the Mapping Information section.
The Mapped Rates pop-up menu will be shown rightafter with providing current mapping on the data table.
Property option, Room option, and Rate option are editable with same rules as the first mapping. If everything done, click "Confirm" to save the updated mapped rates.
Once the edited Mapped Rates finished, new remapped rates will be applied and shown on the Mapped Rates of the listings.
