The Inventory in Settings is used to add or remove item lists that are used by you as the host when creating or editing properties. Inventory consists of Collection, Region, Facilities, and Bed Types tabs.
Setup Collection for Your Properties
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Settings > Inventory > Collection.
You can add a new collection by clicking the “+ Add Collection" button.
You can delete a collection by clicking the trash icon button.
You can also edit a collection by clicking the pencil icon button. Do not forget to adjust the input language according to the language that you want before adding or editing a collection.
The Input Language dropdown is used to change the input language on your inventory.
Setup Region for Your Properties
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Settings > Inventory > Region.
You can add a new collection region by clicking the “+ Add Region” button.
You can delete a collection by clicking the trash icon button.
You can also edit a region by clicking the pencil icon button. Do not forget to adjust the input language according to the language that you want before adding or editing a region.

Setup Facilities for Your Properties / Room Types
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Settings > Inventory > Facilities.
You can add a new item by clicking the “+ Add item" button.
You can delete an item by clicking the trash icon button.
You can also edit an item by clicking the pencil icon button. Do not forget to adjust the input language according to the language that you want before adding or editing an item.

There is a switch button in the Show in Direct Booking column to decide whether or not the facility is shown in direct booking.
Setup Bed Type for Your Properties
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Once logged in, go to the sidebar on your left screen.
Select the Settings menu on the sidebar.
Click the Inventory submenu.
Select the Bed types tab.
You can add a new collection that you want by clicking on the Add bed type button.
You can remove a collection that you don’t want by clicking on the delete icon button.
You can also edit the collection by clicking on the edit icon button. Don't forget to adjust the input language according to the language that you want before adding or editing a collection.
