How to Reset Password on Owner Portal

Sometimes, Password credentials are forgotten and it will be frustrating for the owner since they are unable to log-in to the Owner Portal. Hereby are the step that will guide you through the resetting your Owner Portal password

Step 1: Use “Forgot Password”

  1. Log-in to the Owner Portal login page on this URL https://pms.deltahq.com/owner/login

  2. When user is unable to login, click on the Forgot Password button

  3. Once the Forgot Password button is clicked, you will be redirected to Forgot Password page.

  4. On the email fields, you have to input the correct email address

  5. After Owner email inputted, execute Send recovery email. It will be sent the recovery email on Guest deadline.

  6. Right After Send recovery email executed, success page with Recover Password Email sent.

Step 2: Owner Receive Recover Password Access

  1. Delta already sent the Reset Password email to Owner.

  2. Once the email has been received, click the Recover Password button on the email

  3. It will be redirect owner to Recover Password page like shown below

  4. Please input Owner New Password and Retype New Password as confirmation

  5. If you need assistance to see both fields are same, you can click on the “eye” button on each field to show the password that inputted

  6. After the New Password and Re-type New Password fields are matched, you can continue by clicking on the Recover Password button.

  7. Last but not least, you will be redirected to the success page of Your password is successfully changed. Here, you can click Login to go back on the Owner Portal login page and login with your new Password.
