How to Reset Password on Owner Portal

Sometimes, Password credentials are forgotten and it will be frustrating for you as the owner since you cannot log in to the Owner Portal. Hereby are the steps that will guide you resetting the Owner Portal password.


  1. Log in to the Owner Portal through https://pms.deltahq.com/owner/login

  2. When you are unable to log in, click the text link Forgot Password? on the login page.

  3. Once the Forgot Password? text link is clicked, you will be redirected to the Forgot Password page.

  4. Type your email address on the given field.

  5. After typing your email address, click “Send recovery email”.

  6. After clicking the button, a Recovery Mail Sent popup will appear.

  7. Open your email to check the Reset Password email sent by the Delta PMS Team.

  8. Click the “Recover password” button in the email.

  9. You will be redirected to the Recover Password page.

  10. Input your new password and retype it as the confirmation.

  11. After the New Password and Re-type New Password fields are matched, you can continue by clicking the “Recover password” button.

  12. If your password is successfully changed, the Password Changed popup will appear.

  13. You can click the “Log in” button to go back to the Owner Portal login page and log in with your new password.
