How To Publish - Unpublish Status on Owner Report

These steps will show user to publish and unpublished report from owner. When user need to make any changes on the report, they can reverse the report and show it again to owner once its fixed.

Publish and Unpublished Owner Report will also be reflected to Owner Portal.

Step 1 : Navigate to Owner Report

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Click 'Owner' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.

  4. Select 'Owner Report'.

  5. Select the target property and click 'See Details'.

  6. Select Room by click Room Menu Dropdown.

  7. Click 'See Details' button.

  8. You will be landed to the Owner Report page.

Step 2 : How to Publish Owner Report

Note : You need to lock the Owner Report first to publish the Owner Report. Please follow these steps to be able to publish the Owner Report.

  1. Locked the owner report.

  2. Click 'Publish' to publish the report.

  3. Publish Report confirmation popup will appear. User will have 2 options :

    • Check the 'Send Notification Mail' option:

      • Recipient Email : Input the Owner Recipient Email.

      • Send this Email in : There are options for Email Language.

      • Message : You can input additional message in this field.

      • Click 'Confirm and Send' to Publish the report to owner.

    • Uncheck the 'Send Notification Mail' option:

      • Click 'Confirm' to publish the report to owner

  4. The owner report is already published when the icon is changed.

    Inside the month dropdown you can see the update if the report of any month has been published.

Important things to remember if the Owner Report has been published :

  1. No new bookings, balance updates, or automatic calculations will be allowed.

  2. All manual action buttons (Add, Edit, Delete) in Rental Expenses, Other Debits, Other Credits, and Owner Profit will be disabled.

  3. Users will no longer be able to make any changes to existing records.

Step 3 : How to Unpublish the Owner Report

  1. Click 'Unpublish' button.

  2. Unpublish Report confirmation popup will appear. Click on 'Confirm' to proceed.

  3. The lock icon will turn to unlocked and 'Publish' icon will be disabled if the report has been unpublished.

Important things to remember if the Owner Report has been unpublished :

  • All pending bookings, balance updates, and calculations will be processed automatically.

  • Any future published reports will be canceled accordingly.
