How To Locked Booking Due to Published Report (Room Allocation Side)

If the owner report has been locked and/or published, the booking status (on Checked Out, Cancelled, Archived bookings) are locked and disabled to any changes. This article will show you the reflected booking if you locked and/or published the owner report from Room Allocation.

Room Allocation Booking Reflected from Locked and Published Owner Report

If you locked and published the Owner report by doing step 1 and step 2.

  1. In the Room Allocation, open the same property and period that has been locked or published.

  2. Open the specific booking with this status: Checked Out, Cancelled or Archived.

  3. The following section message will be shown :

  4. You cannot change or modify anything in the booking unless you Unlock or Unpublish the Owner Report first by clicking the 'Go to Owner Report' hyperlink.
