Owner Report

The Owner Report section allows you to manage owner statements, review financial performance, and monitor agreements and owned rooms.

The Owner Report is divided into two main tabs:

  • Statements

  • Reports



Each tab serves a different purpose.

  • Statements:
    Use this tab when you want to perform bulk actions for multiple owners in a selected month, such as importing debits or credits, rocking or unlocking statements, and publishing or unpublishing them.

  • Reports:
    Use this tab when you want to review or update the statement details for a specific owner and a specific month.


Statements

The Statements tab is used for managing and reviewing monthly owner statements.

This is where you perform month-end review, lock statements, publish them, and access detailed financial breakdowns.


What You Can Do in Statements

  • Select a reporting Month and Year

  • Load all owner statements for the selected period

  • Search by owner name, property name, or room name

  • Check Intake Status (Locked / Unlocked)

  • Check Publication Status (Published / Unpublished)

  • Open individual statement details

  • Perform bulk actions such as Lock, Unlock, Publish, or Unpublish

  • Navigate to owner-level reporting pages


How to Use the Statements Tab

Step 1: Select Reporting Period

  1. Choose the Month

  2. Choose the Year

  3. Click Load statement

The system will display all statements for that reporting period.


Step 2: Manage Statements in Bulk

After loading the selected month and year, the system displays all owner statements for that reporting period.

This list view is designed for bulk month-end management.


Lock / Unlock Statements

You can lock or unlock multiple owner statements at once.

  • Lock: Prevent further edits to the selected month's statement.
    Once locked, financial data for that period cannot be modified.

  • Unlock: Re-open a locked statement to allow further changes.

This allows you to finalize multiple owners’ statements for a specific month in a single action.


Publish / Unpublish Statements

You can also publish or unpublish multiple statements at once.

  • Publish: Make the selected month's statement visible to the owner.

  • Unpublish: Hide the statement from the owner.

This is useful when releasing statements to several owners simultaneously after review.


Step 3: View Statement Details

Click View Report to open the detailed statement page for a specific owner and room.


Inside the Statement Detail Page

The statement detail page provides a full financial breakdown for the selected period.


Adding and Managing Expenses

Under the Transaction tab, you can:

  • Add new expense records

  • Import expenses via CSV

Reports

The Reports tab provides an owner-centric overview of all owners, their agreements, and owned rooms.

This tab is used for reviewing owner structure rather than monthly statement processing.


What You Can Do in Reports

  • View the full list of owners

  • Check owned properties per owner

  • Confirm owner status

  • Navigate to owner-level reporting pages


How to Use the Reports Tab

Step 1: Review the Owner List

The list displays:

  • Owner Name

  • Owned Properties

  • Total of Rooms Owned

  • Status

  • Actions (See details)

You can use search and filters to find specific owners.


Step 2: Open Owner Details

Click See details to access the Owner Details page.


Inside the Owner Details Page

The Owner Details page includes:

  • Owner Name

  • Owner Status

  • Properties owned

  • Contact information

  • Agreement details per property/room


Step 3: View Statement Details

Click View Report to open the detailed statement page for a specific owner and room.


Inside the Statement Detail Page

The statement detail page provides a full financial breakdown for the selected period.
