Editing owner information in PMS is a straightforward process that helps you as the host keep your property records accurate and up to date. This guide will guide you through each step required to locate an owner, make the necessary changes, and save your updates in the system.
Step 1: Navigate to Owner List
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Owner > Owner List.
Step 2: Search for the Owner on Owner List
Select the owner name on the owner list.
Search for the owner's name in the search bar to easily find it.
Click “See Details” in the owner’s row to edit that owner.
Step 3: Edit the Owner Details
On the Owner Details page, click the “Edit Details” button to edit the owner details.
There are three sections that you can edit from the owner: Owner Information, Owner Settings, Owner Agreement for the owned properties, including Trust Configuration & Recurring Cost segment.
Edit the Owner Information
In the Owner Information section, you can edit any information except the email address once the owner status is ‘Active’.
Edit the Owner Settings
In Owner Settings, you can activate or inactive the reservation log.
Activate: all the booking amount will be shown in the reservation log.
Inactive: all the booking amount will be shown in the reservation log only if the status is ‘Checked-out’
Edit the Owner Agreement
In the Owner Agreement section, you can edit any information of the owned properties.
To edit this segment, click the pencil icon in the Owned Properties section.
The Owner Agreement section will appear under the add property section. In this section, you can edit these following sections.
Start and End Date of Agreement
Owner Stay Balance (nights)
Owner Share Percentage
Decimal Rounding Configuration
Agreement Document
Edit the Trust Configuration & Reccuring Cost Segment
In the Trust Configuration and Recurring Cost section, you can edit any information.
To edit this segment you can click the pencil icon on the Owned Properties section.
Click another pencil icon in the Owned Rooms section.
In this section, you can edit the owner of the property and rooms. Then, you can click the “Next” button under the Add Rooms section.
The Owner Stay Configuration table will appear.
Turn on the switch button in the Allow to book via owner portal column if you want to enable bookings from the Owner Portal. Check the “Requires approval” checkbox if bookings created by owners need to be approved by the host.
Click “+ Add period” for the booking owner creation.
You may add the restricted stay period (optional).
Click “Next”.
Edit the Trust Configuration and Recurring Cost. Here are the detailed steps.
Click “Next” to continue to finalize the changes of editing owner detail.
Click “Save” > “Save changes”.
Note: you cannot change and delete the owner’s owned property or room once it is assigned.
However, you can add a new property for that owner by following this step to Add Property and Room for the Owner.
