Editing owner information in Delta PMS is a straightforward process that helps you keep your property records accurate and up to date. This guide will walk you through each step required to locate an owner, make the necessary changes, and save your updates in the system.
Step 1: Navigate to Owner List
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Once logged in, go to the sidebar on your left screen.
Select the Owner menu on the sidebar.
Click the Owner List submenu.
Step 2: Search for the Owner on Owner List
Select the owner name on the owner list.
Search for the owner's name in the search bar to easily find it.
Click See Details in the owner’s row to edit that owner.
Step 3: Edit the Owner Details
On the Owner Details page, click on the Edit Details button to edit the owner details.
There are three things that you can edit from the owner: Owner information segment, Owner agreement segment for the owned properties, owner settings, Trust configuration & recurring cost segment.
Edit the Owner Information
On the Owner information segment, You can edit any information except the owner’s email address once the owner status is active.
Edit the Owner Settings
On the Owner Settings, owner are able to activate and inactive the reservation log.
Activate : All the booking amount will showing in the reservation log.
Inactive : The booking amount only show in reservation log only show if the status is Checked-out.
Edit the Owner Agreement
On the Owner agreement segment for the owned properties can edit any information on this segment.
To edit this segment, you can click on the pencil icon on the Owned Properties segment.
The Owner Agreement segment will appear under the add property segment. In this section owner can edit several section :
Start Date and End Date Agreement
Owner Stay Balance
Owner Share Percentage
Decimal Rounding
Agreement Documents
Edit the Trust Configuration & Reccuring Cost Segment
On the Trust configuration & recurring cost segment, You can edit any information on this segment.
To edit this segment you can click on the pencil icon on the Owned Properties segment.
Then you can click on the edit icon on the Owned Rooms segment.
In this section, owner can edit their owner property and rooms. Then you can click on the Next button under the Add Rooms segment.
The Owner Stay Configuration section will appear.
Turn on the Allow to Book via Owner Portal option if you want to enable bookings from the Owner Portal. Check the Requires Approval box if bookings created by owners need to be approved by the host.
Add period for the booking owner creation
Add period for the restricted booking owner creation. (optional)
Click Next.
Edit the Trust Configuration and Recurring Cost. Follow this steps for detail.
Click Next to continue to finalize the changes of editing owner detail.
Last, click save changes.
✍️ Please note that you can not change and delete the owner’s owned property or room once it is assigned.
However, you can add a new property for that owner by following this step Add Property and Room for the Owner.
