The Owner Domain allows hosts to add property owners, giving owners direct access to features designed specifically for them. Through this domain, owners can view property performance, monitor booking sales, and track their earnings transparently. It helps streamline communication between hosts and owners while ensuring owners have visibility and control over their property-related data.
Step 1: Navigate to Owner List
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Once logged in, go to the sidebar on your left screen.
Click the Owner menu on the sidebar.
Select Owner List submenu on the sidebar.
Step 2: Invite Owner
On the Owner List page, you can click on the + Enroll Owner button on the top right of the page.
On the Enroll Owner page, you need to fill in the details of Owner Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number.
Switch Reservation button if the owner wanna show the booking amount even the booking not in Check-out status.
You can add property for the owner when inviting the new owner by clicking on the + Add Agreement. The detailed guide will be explained in the Step 3: Add property.
After you fill in the important information, you can click on the Invite Owner button to send an invitation email to the owner's email address.
You need to wait for the owner to receive an invitation email from the system and create the account first.

Step 3: Add Property and Room for the Owner
You can add property and room for the owner when you’re inviting the owner or when you’re editing the active owner.
You can add property for the owner when inviting the new owner by clicking on the + Add Agreement.
On the Owner Agreement segment, you need to fill in the details below:
Start date of agreement: This field is mandatory.
End date of agreement: This field is optional.
Owner's stay balance: How many night(s) owners can stay on their properties / rooms for one year. This field is mandatory.
Owner share percentage: The percentage of booking sales that goes to the property owner. For example, if total sales are ¥100,000 and the owner’s share is 75%, the owner receives ¥75,000 and the host gets ¥25,000 (excluding taxes).
Decimal Rounding Configuration: rounding configuration when splitting process of gross sales to owner share and host share. If you choose Flooring (Round-down), it will round down the calculation. If you choose Ceiling (Round-up), it will round up the calculation. It will apply on the next month's calculation (1st date of next month). This field is mandatory.
Owner Agreement Document: You can upload the document of agreement with PDF format to Delta PMS. This field is optional.
On the Owner Room segment, click on the + Add Rooms to select the property that you want to assign for the owner.
If the added property type is Condominium, then you need to select the room from the room type dropdown that you want to assign for the owner. Note: You can select multiple rooms for the owner.
If the room that you selected is part of the connecting room, then you need to assign the room share percentage for each owner of that room. Note: Total of the Room Share Percentage must be 100%.
Click on the Next to continue to the next step.
You need to set the Owner Stay Configuration of the selected room.
Select the specific room to activate the booking creation for the owner by switch the toggle button.
Checklist the Request Approval checkbox if owner are required to send the request first to stay in the property. (Optional)
Set the booking creation period for the period which owner able to booking the room. (Mandatory)
Set the restrict booking creation period for the period which owner are not able to booking the room. (Optional)
Click on the Next to continue set the Trust Configuration.
Step 4: Ensure the Owner is Successfully Invited
On the Owner List page, you can check on the status of the owner.
If the status is active, then the owner already have the account for Delta PMS Owner.
If the status is invited, then the invitation email is already sent to that owner’s email address but they haven’t created an account for Delta PMS Owner.
If you want to resend an invitation to the owner whose status is invited, you can click on the See Details button from that owner row, then click on the Resend Invitation button.
