The Owner Portal is a platform designed specifically for property owners. Through this portal, owners can easily access detailed reports and insights about their owned properties and monitor performance in real time. It provides a convenient and secure way to stay informed about the owned properties.
Overview
Balance: Referred to current balance amount on the selected period.
Net revenue: Referred to gross rental income amount on the selected period.
Expense: Referred to host management fee, rental expenses & taxes amount on the selected period.
Net Revenue Summary : Allow owner to see the summary of the revenue.
Top Properties : Top-performing properties based on revenue.
Top Rooms : Top-performing rooms based on revenue.
Reservation Log : to track the upcoming reservation.
Your Past Stays : to track the owner past booking.
Reports
This section provides a comprehensive performance report for all properties, individual properties, and each room. The report includes detailed financial information such as the Owner Statement, Owner Share Amount, Income Tax Expense, Rental Expenses, Other Debits, Other Credits, and the Owner Profit Payout. This helps owners and hosts track financial performance and profitability across different levels of their portfolio.
If you select All Properties or each property it will show :
Download Report : Owner able to download the selected amount report.
Reservation Log : Recognized booking history from the owned property.
View Posting Log : Recognized the posting history of owner report.
Owner Statement : Displays a line chart based on the recognized revenue for the selected amount.
Share Amount : Shows the portion of revenue shared by the host with the owner.
Income Tax Expenses : Indicates the tax expenses allocated to the owner by the host.
Rental Expenses : Displays the rental expenses shared by the host.
Other Debits : Lists any additional debits added by the host.
Other Credits : Lists any additional credits added by the host.
Profil Payout : Shows the profit amount paid out to the owner, as recorded by the host.
Notes : provided to let owner know any Notes host put related to the report
Your Stay
This tab allows owners to create bookings for their properties. These bookings will appear in the Host Portal, either automatically or after host approval—based on the settings Requires Approval setting in the Owner List Details.

Owner will find several section :
Agreement : available agreement period.
Type in Stay Name search bar : Searching the booking stay name.
+ Book a Stay : Create the new owner booking stay.
Booking Calendar : Owner can manage booking (such as cancel booking or make additional notes) and create new owner booking by drag and drop the specific date.

Your nearest stay : showing the nearest date of owner stay.
Stay Status : Showing the status option.
Agreement : Agreement period option.
Type in stay name : Search for the specific owner stay name.
