Owner Portal Overview

The Owner Portal is a platform designed specifically for property owners. Through this portal, owners can easily access detailed reports and insights about their owned properties and monitor performance in real time. It provides a convenient and secure way to stay informed about their own properties.


Overview

  • Balance: the current balance amount on the selected period.

  • Revenue: the gross rental income amount on the selected period.

  • Expenses: the host management fee, rental expenses, and taxes amount on the selected period.

  • Net Revenue Summary: the summary of the revenue that can be seen by the owner.

  • Top Properties : Top-performing property based on revenue.

  • Top Rooms: top-performing rooms based on revenue.

  • Reservation Log: to track the upcoming reservation.

  • Your Past Stays: to track the owner's past booking.

Reports

This section provides a comprehensive performance report for all properties, individual properties, and each room. The report includes detailed financial information such as the Owner Statement, Owner Share Amount, Income Tax Expense, Rental Expenses, Other Debits, Other Credits, and Owner Profit Payout. This section helps you as the host and owners track financial performance and profitability across different levels of their portfolio.

If you select All Properties or each property, it will appear as the following picture.

“Download report” button: the owner is able to download the selected amount report.

“Reservation log” button: to recognize booking history from the owned property.

View posting log: Recognized the posting history of the owner report.

  • Owner Statement: displays a line chart based on the recognized revenue for the selected amount.

  • Share Amount: shows the portion of revenue shared by the host with the owner.

  • Income Tax Expenses: indicates the tax expenses allocated to the owner by the host.

  • Rental Expenses: displays the rental expenses shared by the host.

  • Other Debits: lists any additional debits added by the host.

  • Other Credits: lists any additional credits added by the host.

  • Profit Payout: shows the profit amount paid out to the owner, as recorded by the host.

  • Notes: the owner will know any Notes made by the host related to the report.

Your Stay

This tab allows owners to create bookings for their properties. These bookings will appear in the Host Portal, either automatically or after host approval—based on the Requires Approval setting in the Owner List Details.

All Rooms Overview :

Owner will find several sections:

  • Agreement: available agreement period.

  • Search bar: searches the booking stay name.

  • + Book a stay” button: creates the new owner booking stay.

  • Booking Calendar: Owners can manage booking (such as cancel booking or make additional notes) and create new owner booking by clicking and dropping the specific date.

Specific Room Overview :

  • Specific Property Name

  • Your nearest stay: shows the nearest date of the owner's stay.

  • Stay Status: shows the status option.

  • Agreement: the agreement period option.

  • Search bar: searches for the specific owner's stay name.

  • View stay history: the owner stay history lists.

  • “+ Book a stay” button: Create the new owner booking stay.
