In this update, you are able to configure rates of each sales channel individually. This allows you to implement your pricing strategy

Once logged in successfully, go to the side bar on your left screen

On the side nav, navigate to Rates and Availability menu and select Rate Plan sub menu.

1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.
2. Once logged in successfully, go to the side bar on your left screen
3. On the side nav, navigate to Rates and Availability menu and select Rate Plan sub menu.

Step 2: How to Add Sales Channel on the Rate 

In the All Properties tab, select a property. You will be navigated to the Rate Details page.

Select a room type in the room type dropdown

Click on the New Rate button and select the New Rate Plan option.

You will be navigated to the Rate Information page. Fill in the mandatory fields.

Move on to the Sales Channels section.

In this section, click on the Sales Channel dropdown and select the sales channels that you want to include.

For manual booking and direct booking, you can select up to the two types of payment plans: Pay at property and Pay while booking. You cannot modify the payment plans of agent booking and OTA sales channels.

1. In the All Properties tab, select a property. You will be navigated to the Rate Details page.
2. Select a room type in the room type dropdown
3. Click on the New Rate button and select the New Rate Plan option. 
4. You will be navigated to the Rate Information page. Fill in the mandatory fields. 
5. Move on to the Sales Channels section.
 
 In this section, click on the Sales Channel dropdown and select the sales channels that you want to include.

Step 3: Set Up Rate for Each Sales Channel 

Note : The first sales channel will be set as default in sales channel dropdown on first-time creation, or after there are changes in the sales channels.

You need to set the base rate price in the calendar first before configuring the rates for each sales channel. Set the price with the Mass edit or Edit by date option. In the initial state, the base rate of the first selected sales channel will automatically apply to all sales channels.

Click on the Apply button to confirm.

The sales channel dropdown will be active once the base rate is applied, allowing you to choose from the available sales channels options. The sales channels selections are the ones that you have selected in the Rate Information page.

Select the sales channel which rate you want to configure.

Set or edit the rate of the selected sales channel with Mass edit or Edit by date action.

2. Click on the Apply button to confirm. 
3. The sales channel dropdown will be active once the base rate is applied, allowing you to choose from the available sales channels options. The sales channels selections are the ones that you have selected in the Rate Information page.

4. Select the sales channel which rate you want to configure.

5. Set or edit the rate of the selected sales channel with Mass edit or Edit by date action.

Repeat the action to edit the rates for all sales channels. You can also customize the packages, add-ons and policies.
