1. Overview
This step allows you to set the selling prices for your property.
You can customize rates based on season, day of the week, and number of guests.
The configured rates will automatically reflect on the Inventory Calendar and sync with each connected booking channel.

💡 Note
Only one rate plan can be connected to Booking.com, Rakuten Travel, Trip.com, Agoda, or Expedia at a time.
2. How to Set It
Go to Rates and Availability → Rate Plan.
Under the All Properties tab, select the relevant property.
Click + New Rate to create a New Rate Plan.
Enter the rate details as prompted.
Once complete, click Continue.
Under the Base Rate tab, edit your rates using either Mass Edit or Edit by Date.
To adjust pricing by number of guests, scroll down to By Number of Guests under the calendar.
If multiple sales channels are selected, use the Sales Channel Dropdown to configure pricing for each channel individually.
From the Package tab, add guest services; from the Add-ons tab, configure time-based price adjustments.
To display content in multiple languages, select the desired Input Language from the dropdown and enter content accordingly.
※ If you plan to offer Guest Services, we recommend registering them in advance. However, you can also add them after creating your rate plan. [Learn how to configure them here.]
Use the Policy tab to define your reservation policy.
※ You must enter policy details before the rate plan can be created and saved.
Click Create Rate to save your settings.
