How to Order Guest Service through Guest Portal

As a guest, you can order additional guest services through the Guest Portal. Follow this guide to order additional services.

Step 1 : Log in to Guest Portal

  1. Open the Guest Portal.

  2. Input your Booking ID and registered email.

  3. Click “Log in”.

Step 2 : Order the Guest Service

  1. Scroll down to the Guest Services section.

  2. Click the “+ Add services” button. You can find this button on the Schedule, Payment, and Review tab.

  3. Select the Guest Service item and click “+” to put it in the cart.

  4. Guest Service order details will appear. Select the date, time, and quantity. You can also add notes.

  5. Click “+Add service”.

  6. Then, the price of the additional guest service will appear in the cart icon button and click it to see the details.

  7. Open the cart to check out or edit the items. To edit the orders, click the edit button or click “Check out”.

  8. After you click “Check out”, the Checkout Details will appear and click “Continue to payment”.

  9. You will be redirected to the payment page.

  10. After you pay, the additional guest services that you just ordered will appear in the Schedule and Payment tab.
