How to Order Guest Service or House Cleaning Requiring Host Approval in the Guest Portal

Certain guest services or house cleanings are not ordered automatically and must be requested directly for the host approval. Follow the instructions below to see how to order these request services through the Guest Portal.

Step 1 : Login into Guest Portal

  1. Open the Guest Portal.

  2. Input your Booking ID and registered email.

  3. Click “Log in”.

Step 2 : Order the Guest Service or House Cleaning

  1. Scroll down to the Guest Services/House Cleaning section.

  2. Click the “+ Add services” or “+ Add cleaning” button. You can find this button on the Schedule, Payment, and Review tab.

  3. Select the Guest Service/House Cleaning item and click “+” to put it in the cart.

  4. Guest Service/House Cleaning order details will appear with the following message: ‘You will be required to make payment if the host approves your request.’

  5. Select the date, time, and quantity for Guest Services and only select the date for House Cleaning.

  6. Click “+ Request Service” or “+ Request Cleaning” and the request sent notification will appear.

  7. You have to wait until the host approves your request. Once it is approved, you will be notified by email or you can directly open the Guest Portal.
