The Guest Portal is designed to help you as the guest easily manage your booking. Through this portal, you can do several things:
Review your booking details (dates, room type, number of guests, etc.).
View your accommodation summary.
Request a cancellation or check the terms and conditions.
Contact the host directly for assistance.
Access the property location through the map.
You can also add extra services, such as guest service and house cleaning directly from the portal.
Booking Details
You can review your booking in the Booking Details section. The booking details will show several data, including Check-in and Check-out date, Room Type, stay duration, Guest Name, Email address, and Phone number.
Accommodation Payment
You can review the paid accommodation in the Accommodation Payment section.
Payment Schedule
Guest Services
Add Services button
In the Guest Services section, there is an “+ Add services” button, which means you as a guest can order additional guest services through Guest Portal. It helps you add another service that you need directly without contacting the host. If you want to add another guest service through Guest Portal, please go to this article.
Schedule Tab
The Schedule tab shows all paid guest services that you have booked. Here, you can review the service details, including the Service Name, Service Date and Time, and Status. Only paid services that will appear in this section.
Payment
The Payments tab shows the payment history for your Guest Services. The Payments tab will show Service Name, Service Date and Time, Price Per Unit, and Amount. Here, you can view services that are unpaid, partially paid, and paid (fully paid). You can also make payments using a card, as well as download invoices and receipts.
In Review
Your guest service requests will appear in this tab and it will be reviewed first by the host. Its status is pending or ‘Waiting Approval’ since it needs approval from the host. Once approved, you can make payment through the Guest Portal.
House Cleaning
Add Cleaning button
In the House Cleaning section, there is an “+ Add cleaning” button, which means you as a guest can order additional house cleaning through Guest Portal. It helps you add another cleaning that you need directly without contacting the host. If you want to add another house cleaning through Guest Portal, please go to this article.
Schedule
The Schedule tab shows all paid house cleaning that you have booked. Here, you can review the cleaning details, including the Cleaning Name, Cleaning Date, and Status. Only paid House Cleaning that will appear in this section.
