After create a booking, you will automatically navigated to a new page, namely Booking Details. The booking information is compiled into a booking detail.
Step 1 : Navigate to Booking Details
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side in Delta PMS.
Click Booking > Booking List.
Select one booking from the All Bookings or Draft tab.

Select one booking.
After you click the bookings, you will redirected to the Booking Detail page.
Step 2 : Open the Booking Detail
What is included in the Booking Detail page ?
It includes Booking Summary Section (The header of the booking details) with the following information :
Guest Name: shows the name of the guest on the booking.
Payment Status: shows the payment status that will update based on the payment process.
Booking Status (in the top right corner): customizable booking status.
Credit Card Captured: indicates if a credit card is linked to the booking.
Pre Check-in Form Status: shows the form status whether it is already completed and submitted.
Guest Portal Access: a sending access button for the guest to access the guest portal.
Booking Date: shows the date your booking was created.
Booking ID: shows the unique number assigned to the booking.
Stay Period: shows the stay duration of the guest.
Guest: shows the number of the guests.
Arrival Date & Time: shows time of arrival. The arrival time will be the same as the check-in time.
Booking Source: shows where the booking was made. It can be from manual booking (PMS), Direct Booking, or Online Travel Agent (OTA).
Applied Rate: the rate option for the booking.
Stay Details Tab
Stay Period: contains a date picker that allows you to select the range of stay period.
Select Property (Mandatory): shows list of the properties which have ‘Active’ status.
Select Room Type (Mandatory): shows the associated room type list of selected property which has active status.
Room Name (Mandatory): shows the associated room name list of selected room type which has active status in the selected property.
Number of Guest: to input the number of guests. The value that can be inputted depends on the number of adults, children, and infants that is set in the Property domain.
Bed Configuration: bed types based on the selected property and room.
Booking Source (Mandatory): indicates the source where the booking was made. In this field, the booking source can be edited, except for bookings that come from Direct Booking and Agent Booking.
Reference ID: only be enabled if the booking source has been customized (non manual booking, Direct Booking, OTA, and Agent.
Arrival Date & Time: shows the same date with check-in date.
Comment: an area for additional text that can be added.
Applied Rate (Mandatory): shows the available rates that can be selected based on the selected stay period and room type.
Note & Attachment Tab
Note: shows an area for writing a note.
Attachment: shows an area for attaching some files in JPG, PNG, HEIF, and PDF format with the maximum file size of 10 MB.
Forms
This section is to show collected forms from Pre - Check in form.
Guest Information Tab
First name: shows the first name of the guest.
Last name (Mandatory): shows the guest’s last name.
Name (Kanji): the guest can input the Kanji version of his or her name.
Phone Number: shows the guest’s phone number.
Email: shows the guest’s email.
Nationality: shows the guest’s nationality.
Address: shows the guest’s address.
Tags: shows special markers for each guest. The tags can be edited and added.
Personal Identification: shows the personal identification of the guest.
Comment: shows an area for writing a note.
Representative Booking Section
You can use Representative Details to make orders on behalf of other people. Representative Details is in the same section as Guest Information. This section will appear when you slide the “Representative Booking” switch button to the right side.
The data in the Representative Details will be the same as the data in the Guest Details as the default. However, you are allowed to change the data in both sections.
House Cleaning Tab
In this tab, you can add house cleaning during the stay date.
To add the additional house cleaning, click the “+ Add House Cleaning” button. However, if you book a property that already has a basic house cleaning schedule, the basic house cleaning schedule will also be listed automatically based on the schedule you set in the Settings domain.
The empty Add House Cleaning form will show several fields such as:
Cleaning Type
Cleaning Date & Time
Cleaning Cost
Cost Type
Sell Price (Will be active when you add Additional Cleaning)
Note
This is how it looks when you have basic house cleaning and additional house cleaning in your House Cleaning table (the services with ‘Unpaid’ status are the additional house cleaning services).
In House Cleaning tab, it contains several data:
Cleaning Type: shows the cleaning type that has been set.
Cleaning Date & Time: shows the specific date and time for the cleaning.
Cleaning Cost: shows the cost based on the data from Settings domain. You can still edit this field and it will not change the data in the Settings domain.
Cost Type: based on the selected cleaning type.
Sell Price: will appear when you add an additional cleaning.
Note: shows an area for writing a note with a maximum of 2,000 characters.
Action
Basic house cleaning
You can delete house cleaning regardless of the booking status.
You can edit house cleaning.
Additional house cleaning
You can delete house cleaning as long as it is ‘Unpaid’ and not associated with any invoices.
If additional house cleaning is associated with any invoices, you can only edit Note & House Cleaning Date and Time.
If additional house cleaning is not associated with any created invoices, you can edit all fields.
Guest Service Tab
Opening the Guest Service tab will automatically display the recorded guest services if a rate package has been selected for the booking.
To add additional guest service, you can follow these steps.
Click '+Add Guest Service' button
You will see the empty state of Add Guest Service form with several fields, such as:
Service Time
Service Date & Time
Sell Price
Sales Subjection
Subjection Amount
Quantity (QTY)
Charging Type
Note
After completing the form, click “Add and Save”. If you want to cancel your action, click “Cancel”.
After clicking “Add and Save”, you will see the table of Guest Services list :
No: shows numbered order of the guest services.
Service Name: shows the service name you have selected.
Service Date & Time: shows the specific date and time for the service.
Sell Price: shows the sell price based on each guest service.
Sell Subjection:
Host: if guest service is subjected to Host, the guest service will become host’s sales.
Owner: the sales will become owner's sales.
Subjection Amount: shows the subjection with percentage.
QTY (quantity): shows the quantity of your guest service.
Charging Type:
Payable: a condition when the guest service is counted as an item for invoice.
Non Payable: a condition when the guest service is not available for invoice.
Note: shows the additional note for the guest service.
Action:
Delete action: you can delete the guest service as long as it is not associated with any invoices.
Edit action: you can edit the guest service if it is not associated with any created invoices. If it is associated with any created invoices, you can only edit the Service Date and Time & Note fields.
Payment Tab
In this tab, a list of items that can be processed to the payment step will appear. The table shows the booked items.
Item Name: shows the list of your items from accommodation, additional guest, guest service, and house cleaning.
Date: shows the date for each item.
Price per Unit: shows the price per item.
QTY (Quantity): shows the quantity of each item.
Total: shows the total price of each item.
Remarks: shows remarks for each item.
Action: action to edit the price.
“Generate Invoice” button: generate an invoice to proceed with payment.
Booking Log Tab
Booking Log is your booking tracking when you make a new action, change, or delete the action. When you open the booking log, the table will show the following information.
User: shows the user name who makes the changes. It is automatically changed by system.
Date: shows the date of the changes.
Time: shows the time of the changes.
Event:
Create: the event for any creation in each field.
Update: the event for any changes in each field.
Delete: the event for any deletion in each field.
Section: shows the tab name based on the location of the action.

Field: shows the text field name for the changes.
