Frontdesk in Delta PMS is a powerful tool that helps hosts manage their bookings with ease. You can update booking statuses, track house cleaning schedules, and stay on top of your daily operations all from one convenient dashboard. This makes it simple to keep your property organized and ensure a smooth experience for both hosts and guests.
Step 1: Navigate to Frontdesk
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Once logged in, go to the sidebar on your left screen.
Click the Frontdesk menu on the sidebar.
Step 2: Frontdesk Overview
Here is the full view of the front desk page.
On frontdesk, there are 3 tabs with the details below:
Arrival – Shows guests who are checking in on the selected date. The booking status displayed will be Confirmed or No Show.
In Stay – Shows bookings that are currently staying on the selected date. The booking status displayed will be In House.
Departure – Shows guests who are checking out on the selected date. The booking status displayed will be Checked Out.
By default, the date that is selected in frontdesk is today's date. But you can change the date by clicking on the date. There will be options :
Today
Tomorrow
By Date
By Range (able to choose the start and end date period)
There are 3 filters that you can use in the frontdesk. You can filter bookings by properties, by arrival status (only for Arrival tab), and by Room cleaning status.
Frontdesk Table will be shows booking data with details below:
Booking ID: ID of the booking.
Guest Name: Name of the guest.
Room Name: Name of the room for the booking.
Number of Guests: Showing the number of guests of the booking.
Arrival Date & Time: Showing the guest arrival details from the booking.
Check-out Date: Showing the guest check out date from the booking.
Amount Due: Showing amount due from the booking. If there’s an outstanding payment (booking is not fully paid yet), there will be exclamation marks (!) beside the numbers like this.
Booking Status: Showing the status of the booking. You can check the picture below for a detailed explanation of the booking status.
You can change the booking status directly from the frontdesk table. After a successful change, a popup will appear confirming the update. You can then click the Show booking link in the notification bar to go straight to that follow the booking that has been changed in the frontdesk.
Cleaning Status: This shows the cleaning status for bookings on the selected date. You can update the house cleaning status for these bookings. There are only two cleaning statuses: Dirty and Clean. If a booking doesn’t have a cleaning schedule, it will show as No Cleaning.
Form Status: Showing the status of Pre-check in form of that booking. There are two status, Submitted and No submission.
