Frontdesk in Delta PMS is a feature that allows the host to easily observe what bookings are arriving/on hosting/departing on a chosen date.
Step 1: Navigate to Frontdesk
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Once logged in, go to the sidebar on your left screen.
Click the Frontdesk menu on the sidebar.

Here’s the full view of the front desk page.
On frontdesk, there are 3 tabs with the details below:
Arrival is for the guest that is arriving on the chosen date (check in date = chosen date). The booking status that will be shown here is confirmed and no show.
In stay is for booking that is currently on hosting on the chosen date (stay date = chosen date). The booking status that will be shown here is in house.
Departure is for booking that will depart on the chosen date (check out date = chosen date). The booking status that will be shown here is checked-out.
By default, the date that is selected in frontdesk is today's date. But you can change the date by clicking on the date, then you can choose today, tomorrow, or the custom date that you want.
There are 3 filters that you can use in the frontdesk. You can filter bookings by properties, by arrival status (only for Arrival tab), and by Room cleaning status.
Frontdesk Table will be shows booking data with details below:
Booking ID: ID of the booking.
Guest Name: Name of the guest.
Room Name: Name of the room for the booking.
Number of Guests: Showing the number of guests of the booking.
Arrival Date & Time: Showing the guest arrival details from the booking.
Check-out Date: Showing the guest check out date from the booking.
Amount Due: Showing amount due from the booking. If there’s an outstanding payment (booking is not fully paid yet), there will be exclamation marks (!) beside the numbers like this.
Booking Status: Showing the status of the booking. You can check the picture below for a detailed explanation of the booking status.
You can directly change the booking status from the frontdesk table. If you successfully change the booking status from the frontdesk, a popup will appear to inform you that the booking status successfully changed. You can click on the Show booking link to redirect to the current booking location in the frontdesk.
Cleaning Status: Showing the cleaning status for the booking on the chosen date. you can change the status of the house cleaning schedule of those bookings. There are only two cleaning statuses, Dirty and Clean. If the booking doesn’t have any house cleaning schedule, the status will be shown as No Cleaning.
Form Status: Showing the status of Pre-check in form of that booking. There are two status, Submitted and No submission.
