Booking List Overview

Property Management System (PMS) can help you to manage your booking more optimally, easily, and efficiently. The Booking List feature allows user to efficiently manage their properties. It includes such as Booking Date, Guest Name, Room Name, Check-In And Check-out date. With this feature, user able to keep in track of their guest bookings.


Step 1 : Navigate to Booking List

  1. Log in to PMS Account

  2. Go to Dashboard

  3. Select Booking tab

  4. Click “Booking List” and user will see the All the bookings and Draft tab shown.

All Bookings Tab

  1. Search bar in the ‘All Booking’ and ‘Draft’ tab will appear in the heading of the page. This search bar has function to help you to find the specific result from Booking ID, Neppan Booking ID, Property Name, Room Name, Guest Name, Booking Source, Receipt ID or Invoice ID

Section :

  • Booking Date, Booking ID and Status : This section will show from the date you make the booking. Booking ID will appear automatically when you make the booking. For the status, each part of the status has its own meaning.

Confirmed : Condition when booking already consumed the availability. Manually changed from Draft.

In-House : Condition when guests already stay at the property.

Checked-Out : Condition when guest already checked-out from property.

No Show : Condition when the user decides that guests not come to the property.

Archived : Terminal status for booking

  • Guest Name : The name you registered when booking.

  • Property : Your selected property when you make the booking.

  • Room Name : The room of the property that you have chosen.

  • Booking Source : This is based on where you make your booking either from Host portal, agent portal, Direct Booking, or Online Travel Agent (OTA).

  • Amount Due : The total amount of particular invoice that remain unpaid

  • Payment Status : This status is automatically obtained from the status when you start the payment step starting after generating the invoice.

  • Check-in date : The start date of your stay.

  • Check-out date : The end date of your stay.

  • No of Night stay : The total number of your stay.

2. For the Guest Name, Property, Room Name, Booking Source, Amount Due, Payment Status, Check-in Date, Check-out Date you can sorting with click the Arrow Down and Arrow up beside the wording

Guest Name, Property, Room Name, Booking Source, Payment Status :

Arrow up ⬆to set booking list with guest name with ascending order (A-Z)

Arrow down ⬇to set booking list with guest name with descending order (Z-A)

Check-in Date :

Arrow up ⬆to set booking list with check-in date with ascending order (farthest - latest)

Arrow down ⬇to set booking list with check-in date with descending order (farthest- oldest)

Check-out Date :

Draft Tab

  1. Open dashboard

  2. Select Booking tab

  3. Click "Draft" tab

This draft tab has a similar function with the ‘All Bookings’ tab in the booking list. What makes it different is only the process of how a booking can be entered into the Draft tab.

When the booking is created, the booking status will automatically become 'Draft' until user change the booking status into 'Confirmed'. All newly made bookings, up to those booking status has been changed to ‘Draft’ status again, will be included in this tab.

Step 2 : How to use a Filter Button

The filter button is used to filter more specific booking results.

You can filter from several sections, such as Booking Status, Payment Status and property.

  1. Select the booking status, you can checklist one booking status or more.

  2. Next, select the payment status, you also can checklist more than one payment status

  3. Then, select the property, you can checklist more than one property.

4. Select the type of date you want to filter : Check-n Date / Check-out Date / Booking Date

5. Select for the period : Today / Tomorrow / Custom. If you select the ‘Custom’ period, you will be able to set the start date and end date.

6. Click continue to proceed to the results stage

7. The result will appear based on what you have set in the column filter.

8. On the filter button, there will be a number in the red circle icon of the active filters that you have set.

9. Once you refresh the page, the filter will automatically reset.

10. This filter will be set in the All Bookings and Draft tab.
