Step 1: Navigate to House Cleaning Schedule
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Once logged in, go to the sidebar on your left screen.
Click the Room Management menu on the sidebar to show the submenu House. Cleaning Schedule.
Select House Cleaning Schedule submenu on the sidebar.
Step 2: House Cleaning Schedule Table
By the default, House Cleaning Schedule Table will display cleaning schedule for today's date
House Cleaning Schedule Table will be shown data table for cleaning schedule with details:
Task Date: Date of the cleaning schedule for the booking.
Property: Name of the property for the booking.
Room Type: Name of the room type for the booking.
Room Name: Name of the room for the booking.
Number of Nights: Showing the number of nights of the booking.
Number of Guests: Showing the number of guests of the booking.
Status: There are two status for the cleaning schedule. Dirty and Clean.
Cleaning Type: Name of the cleaning schedule for the booking.
Action: There are two actions that can be done for the cleaning schedule. First is Change Log and second is Edit.
You can view the Change Log by clicking on the Change Log button for the specific cleaning schedule. There you can see all the details of the change log date, change log action, and who made the change.
Step 3: Change the Date / Using the Filter
You can check the filter for the date, the property, and the status above the House Cleaning Schedule Table.
The default value for the cleaning schedule date is today’s date. If you want to change the date, you can click on the Date filter, then change the date there.
The default value for the property filter is Show All properties. If you want the table to show only specific properties, you can click on the Filter by Property, then check the property that you want to be shown there.
The default value for the status filter is Show All status. If you want the table to show only specific status (Dirty or Clean), you can click on the Filter by Status, then select the status that you want.
By default, the number of rows shown for the House Cleaning Schedule Table are 15. You can change the number of rows shown on the bottom of the House Cleaning Schedule Table. There you can change it to 25 or 35 rows.
Step 4: Print Page of the House Cleaning Schedule
You can print a page of the house cleaning schedule and download it into the PDF format. On the top right of the House Cleaning Schedule Page, you can click on the Print Page button.
A Print Page Popup will appear. There, you can choose the date range (today, tomorrow, or custom) of the house cleaning schedule that you want to print. Then click on the Confirm Button.
A PDF will be automatically downloaded, there you can view the house cleaning schedule on the date range that you have set.
