House Cleaning Schedule Overview

The house cleaning schedule in PMS contains a list of all the cleaning listed on your booking for your properties.

Step 1: Navigate to House Cleaning Schedule

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side

  3. Click Room Management > House Cleaning Schedule.

Step 2: House Cleaning Schedule Table

  1. By default, the house cleaning schedule table will display the cleaning schedule for today's date.

  2. The house cleaning schedule table will show data for cleaning schedule with the following details.

    1. Task Date: the date of the cleaning schedule for the booking.

    2. Property: the name of the property for the booking.

    3. Room Type: the name of the room type for the booking.

    4. Room Name: the name of the room for the booking.

    5. Number of Nights: the number of nights of the booking.

    6. Number of Guests: the number of guests of the booking.

    7. Status: two statuses for the cleaning schedule—’Dirty’ and ‘Clean’.

    8. Cleaning Type: the name of the cleaning schedule for the booking.

    9. Action: two actions that can be done for the cleaning schedule—Change Log and Edit.

  3. You can view the Change Log by clicking on the Change Log button for the specific cleaning schedule. There you can see all the details of the change log date, change log action, and who made the change.

Step 3: Change the Date / Using the Filter

  1. You can check the filter for the date, the property, and the status above the house cleaning schedule table.

  2. The default value for the cleaning schedule date is today’s date. If you want to change the date, you can click on the Date filter, then change the date there.

  3. The default value for the property filter is Show All properties. If you want the table to show only specific properties, you can click on the Filter by Property and check the property that you want to be shown there.

  4. The default value for the status filter is Show All status. If you want the table to show only specific status (Dirty or Clean), you can click on the Filter by Status, then select the specific status.

Step 4: Print Page of the House Cleaning Schedule

  1. You can print a page of the house cleaning schedule and download it into the PDF format. On the top right of the House Cleaning Schedule page, you can click the “Print Page” button.

  2. A Print Page popup will appear. You can choose the date range (today, tomorrow, or custom) of the house cleaning schedule that you want to print.

  3. Click on the “Confirm” button.

The file will be automatically downloaded. You can view the house cleaning schedule on the date range that you have set.
