Navigating through this page can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when dealing with a large number of properties. This is where the search bar comes in handy, helping you quickly locate specific properties. This guide will walk you through the steps on how to effectively use the search bar to locate the data you need in the House Cleaning Page.

Step 1: Navigate to the House Cleaning Schedule Page

To begin, you need to access the House Cleaning Schedule page:

  • Go to the sidebar menu in your Property Management System (PMS).

  • Under the "Settings" section, click on "House Cleaning Schedule."

Step 2: Click Inside the Search Bar

Once you're on the House Cleaning Schedule page, locate the search bar at the top of the page:

  • Click inside the search bar to activate it.

Step 3: Enter Keywords Related to the Property ID

The search bar allows you to search for properties using keywords that are part of the Property ID:

  • For example, you can enter "frc" as a keyword.

  • The search bar will begin searching as you type, filtering results based on both the Property Name and Property ID.

Step 4: View Matching Properties

After entering a keyword:

  • All properties that match the keyword you entered will be displayed in the table below.

  • This allows you to quickly identify the property you're looking for based on the provided ID or name.

Step 5: Search by Property Name

In addition to Property ID, you can also search using the Property Name:

  • For example, you might enter "Meruorah" in the search bar.

  • The system will then filter the results to display only those properties that match the name you entered.

Step 6: Review the Displayed Results

As with the Property ID search, all matching properties will be displayed:

  • The table will show only those properties that align with the keyword you typed, whether it’s part of the Property ID or the Property Name.

Step 7: What Happens if There’s No Match

If you enter a keyword that does not match any Property ID or Property Name:

  • The table will be empty, and no data will be displayed.

  • This indicates that no properties match the search criteria you entered.

Step 8: Clearing the Search Bar

If you want to see all the property data again without any filters:

  • Simply delete the keyword you entered in the search bar using the keyboard.

  • This will reset the search and show all properties on the House Cleaning Schedule page.

Step 9: Using the (X) Button to Clear the Search Bar

There’s also a quick way to clear the search bar:

  • Click the (X) button located within the search bar.

  • This action will instantly remove the keyword you entered.

Step 10: Reset Search

After clearing the search bar:

  • Removing the keyword from the search bar allows you to reset the search and view all properties without any filters. This is especially useful when you need to see all schedules at once.
