This guide will walk you through the steps to use the pagination feature effectively, ensuring you can easily browse through different pages and manage the number of rows displayed.
Step 1: Navigate to the House Cleaning Schedule Page
To begin, you need to access the House Cleaning Schedule page:
Go to the sidebar menu.
Click on the "Settings” menu.
Select "House Cleaning Schedule".
Step 2: Scroll to the Bottom of the Page
Once you are on the House Cleaning Schedule page:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the pagination controls.
Step 3: Adjust the Number of Rows Shown
To control how many properties are displayed per page:
Click on the "Number of rows shown" dropdown menu.
Select the desired number of rows to display. For example, you can choose to show 15, 25, or 35 rows at a time.
Step 4: View Additional Pages if Necessary
If the number of properties exceeds the selected number of rows:
The remaining properties will be distributed across additional pages.
The pagination controls at the bottom of the page will help you navigate through these pages.
Step 5: Use the Next (>) and Previous (<) Page Buttons
To move between pages:
Next Page Button (>): Click this button to go to the next page of the list. This is useful if you want to view properties beyond those displayed on the current page.
Note: If you are already on the last page, clicking the next page button will have no effect.
Previous Page Button (<): Click this button to return to the previous page.
Note: If you are on the first page, clicking the previous page button will not change the page.
Step 6: Jump to a Specific Page
If you need to go directly to a particular page:
Click on the corresponding page number at the bottom of the House Cleaning Schedule page.
For example, if you want to go to the second page, simply click on "2" in the pagination controls.
Step 7: Managing More Than 5 Pages
When dealing with a large number of properties that spread across multiple pages:
If there are more than 5 pages, the pagination control will display the first few pages, followed by an ellipsis ("...") to indicate that more pages are available.
For instance, when you are on the first page, you will see page numbers 1, 2, "...", and the last page number. This helps in managing and navigating through a long list of pages without cluttering the control panel.
