How to Create House Cleaning Schedule Manually

Creating a house cleaning schedule manually in the Delta PMS is a simple process that allows hosts to manage their house cleaning schedule.

Step 1: Navigate to House Cleaning Schedule

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Select Room Management > House Cleaning Schedule.

Step 2: Create a New Cleaning Schedule

  1. On the House Cleaning Schedule page, click the “+ Create new schedule” button to create a new cleaning schedule for a booking.

  2. A Create New House Cleaning Schedule popup will appear. You need to fill in these details before creating a new cleaning schedule.

    • Task Date: the date of the cleaning schedule for the booking.

    • Property: the name of the property for the booking.

    • Room Type: the name of the room type for the booking.

    • Room Name: the name of the room for the booking.

    • Booking ID: the Identifier of the booking which you want to add the cleaning schedule into.

    • Status: the cleaning status that you want for the cleaning schedule. There are two conditions for the cleaning schedule—’Dirty’ and ‘Clean’.

    • Cleaning Type: the type of the cleaning schedule for the booking. Note: house cleaning type that can be added is only the automatic basic house cleaning that has been created in Settings > House Cleaning Schedule.

  3. Click on the Confirm button to finalise your new house cleaning schedule. Note: Please ensure that there’s no duplicate cleaning type on the same booking on the same date.

Step 3: Ensure the New Cleaning Schedule Addition is Successful

  1. On the Date filter above the house cleaning schedule table, select the same date with the new cleaning schedule that you just created.

  2. On the house cleaning schedule table, check if the cleaning schedule that you just created appears in the table.
