Report Generator Overview

The Report Generator allows you as the host to customize reports according to your specific needs. With this feature, you can choose which sections or data to include, making your reports more relevant and efficient. The Report Generator offers several ready-to-use templates, including:

  1. Accommodation Report

  2. Guest Service Report

  3. House Cleaning Report

  4. Customized Report


Step 1: Navigate to Report Generator

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Select Report > Report Generator.

Step 2: Introduction to the Report Generator

Once you already open the Report Generator page, you will see two sections named Report Properties and Report Template.

  • Report Properties
    The ​Report Properties section consists of start and end period date picker, Property, Room Type, and Room. This section enables you to select the specific property, room type, or period for which you wish to download a report.

  • Report Template

    The Report Template section provides 4 options of report templates.​

a. Accommodation Report

This template provides a report template that consists of guest bookings and payment details. For Accommodation Report, once you select this option, it will show an option to select what to include in the report: Check-in & Check-out Date and Booking Date, Check-in Date, Check-out Date, or Booking Date.

b. Guest Service Report
This template provides a report template of guest service sales from bookings.

c. House Cleaning Report
This template provides a report template that is related to rental expenses from bookings.

d. Customized Report
This option provides all saved templates that were already saved as templates before.

  • Column Section

This section will appear when you choose either Accommodation Report, Guest Service Report, or House Cleaning Report. Column section consists of:

  • Available Column: provides column names that listed the available columns based on the selected report type.

  • Added Column: provides the list of column names or data per category that will be included on the report.

In the Column section there are two buttons between Available and Added columns.

“​Add All >>”: This button will add all column names from Available Column list to the Added Column list.

“<< Remove All”: This button will remove all column names from Added Column list to the Available Column list

  • Save as a new template” button: This button will save the added column as a new template and store it in the Customised Report option.

  • “Download report” button: This button will download the report based on the selected booking dates and selected columns in .xlsx format.
