Report Generator Overview

Report Generator helps host to customise the parts of report based on needs.

Step 1: Navigate to Report Generator

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Once logged in, go to the sidebar on your left screen.

  3. Click the Report menu on the sidebar to show the submenu Report Generator.

  4. Select Report Generator submenu on the sidebar.

  5. Then, you will be able to see the Report Generator page.

Step 2: Introduction to the Report Generator

Once you already enter the Report Generator, you will see two sections named Report Properties and Report Template.
a) Report Properties
Report Properties consist of Start-End period date picker, Property, Room Type and Room. This section enables hosts to select the specific property, room type, or period for which they wish to download a report


b) Report Template

Report Template section provides 5 options of report template:

  1. Accommodation Report
    This template provides report template that consist of guest bookings and payment details. For Accommodation Report, once you select this option, it will show option to select what to include on the report: Check-in & Check-out Date and Booking Date, Check-in Date, Check-out Date, or Booking Date

  2. Guest Service Report
    This template provides report template of guest service sales from bookings.

  3. House Cleaning Report
    This template provides report template that related to rental expenses from bookings.

  4. Payment Fee Report
    This template provides report template for accounting purpose

  5. Customised Report
    This options provides all saved templates that already saved as templates before.

c) Column Section

Column section will appear when you choose either Accommodation Report, Guest Service Report, or House Cleaning Report. Column section consist of:

  1. Available Column
    Available Column provides column name that listed the available columns based on the selected report type.


  2. Added Column
    Added Column provides table with list of added / selected column names.


  3. Add All >> button

    This button will add all columns from Available Column list to the Added Column list.

  4. << Remove All button

    This button will remove all columns from Added Column list to the Available Column list

  5. Save as a new template button
    This button will save the added column as template and stored to Customised Report option.


  6. Download Report button
    This button will download the report based on the selected booking dates and selected columns in .xlsx format
