Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Booking > Booking List.
On the Booking List page, you will see the “Download Report” button.
Click “Download Report”.
Download Report popup will appear.
Fill in all the fields based on your needs.
In Booking Status, you are able to select more than one booking status—Confirmed, In House, Checked Out, Cancelled, and No Show.
Confirmed: a condition when booking already consumed the availability. Manually changed from ‘Draft’.
In-House: a condition when guests already stay at the property.
Checked-Out: a condition when guests already checked-out from the property.
Cancelled: a condition when guests cancel their booking.
No Show: a condition when you decide that guests not come to the property.
Select the property. You can select it based on your reporting needs or select all the properties.
For the Include section, you can pick one of the following criteria based on your reporting needs.
Check-in & Check-out Date and Booking date: the downloaded report result will be based on the check-in & check out and booking date.
Check-in Date: the downloaded report result will be based on the check-in date only.
Check-out date: the downloaded report result will be based on the check-out date only.
Booking Date: the downloaded report result will be based on the booking date only.
Guest Service Date: the downloaded report result will only be shown from the guest service date.
