This section is designed to guide you as the host to manage the booking request from the Agent Portal.
Step 1 : Navigate to Booking List
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Booking > Booking Request.
Step 2 : Booking Request Overview
On the Booking Request page, you will see a booking list table. These booking requests come from the Agent and Owner portal.
Search bar: a field to search the booking by Booking Request ID, Guest Name, Property Name, Requester Type and Requester name.
Request Date and Booking Request ID: shows the booking date and the booking request ID.
Guest Name: shows the name of the guest.
Property Name: shows the name of the property.
Room Type Name: shows the Room Type Name.
Check-In Date: shows the check-in date.
Check-Out Date: shows the check-out date.
Request Status: shows the request status of the booking.
Waiting Approval: a condition when the booking request is still waiting for host approval.
Requesting Cancellation: a condition when a cancellation is requested through the agent portal.
Rejected: a condition when the booking is rejected by the host.
Requester : Showing the Agent Requester.
Exclamation mark (beside the booking date & booking request ID): to warn you if there is request cancellation from Agent.
Step 3 : Open the Booking Request Detail
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Booking > Booking Request.
Select one booking you want to view.
You will see several sections such as Stay Details, Guest Information, and Request Log Tabs.
Stay Details Tab
Stay Period: shows the stay date period.
Select Property: shows the name of the property.
Select Room Type: shows the room type.
Room Name: shows the room name.
Number of Guest: shows the number of guests for all categories—adult, children, and infant.
Applied Rate: shows the rate option & rate price.
Estimated Booking Amount : Calculation of the booking amount by deducting the agent commission from the total.

This section is for finding out more details about the data changes that have been made.
Step 4 : How to Approve or Reject the Booking Request
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Booking > Booking Request.
Select one booking detail and check the details of the booking.
When the booking is already open, you will see two options in the top right corner: Approve Request and Reject Request.
Click “Approve request” to approve the booking request from the agent or “Reject request” to reject the booking request.
Confirmation popup will appear. Click “Confirm” to proceed either the approval or rejection process. If you want to cancel the action, click "Cancel".
After the booking is approved, the ‘Booking Request Approved’ notification will appear. If the booking is rejected, the 'Booking Request Rejected' notification will appear.
Result :
If your booking is approved, it will be removed from the Booking Request list and shown in Room Allocation and Booking List, where you can manage it.
If rejected, it will remain in the Booking Request list with a “Rejected Request” status.
Step 6 : How to Edit the Booking Request
Required : Make sure the booking request still in 'Waiting Approval' status.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Booking > Booking Request.
Select one booking detail you want to edit.
Select any fields you want to edit.

Select Property
Select Room Type
Room Name
Number of Guest
Applied Rate
Check the estimated price for the new changes.
Click “Save Changes” to save your changes.
There will be a 'Booking Already Update' notification if your changes are successful.
