How To Create Booking

​Step 1 : How to Create Booking for Guest Booking

  1. Click ‘Create Booking’ Button

  2. Click the ‘Create Booking’ button, user are able to choose from the create booking drop down for Guest, Agent, or Owner.

  3. Choose 'Guest Booking'.

  4. User will see this ‘Add New Booking’ form

  5. User have to fill all the mandatory fields (Select property, Select room type, Room Name, Last Name, Applied Rate).

  6. Select the property. (Note : This property list is from the property that active and listed in the property domain)

  7. After select the property, the ‘Select Room Type’ fields will activate and automatically show the available room type.

  8. Pick on of the room type, in this case select ‘Studio Room

  9. When user already selected the room type, ‘Room Name’ field will also automatically activate and user can pick one of the available room names. Let’s pick ‘Studio 1’.

  10. Select the applied rate, user have to choose rate whether is Base rate or Package Rate (Note : Base Rate will always shown for Applied Rate, and this will be a default choice. Meanwhile, Package rate will only show if the room has the package rate).

  11. When user have completed all the fields, click 'Next' and review the booking and click 'Confirm'

  12. After click ‘Confirm’ button, the page will automatically redirect to the Booking Details page.

Step 2 : How to Create Booking For Agent Booking

  1. Click ‘Create Booking’ button.

  2. Select ‘Agent Booking’.

  3. Choose the Agent name.

  4. After choose the Agent names, the page will automatically redirect to the create booking form (For Agent). In the create booking form heading, the name of the agent which have chosen will appear.

  5. For the next step, it will be the same as the Create Booking for Guest Booking step, user will have to fill all the mandatory fields (Select Property, Select Room Type, Room Name, Last Name Applied Rate) to proceed to the next step.

  6. Click ‘Confirm’ button to continue to the next step.

  7. After user click the ‘Confirm’ button, the page will automatically redirect to your Agent Booking Details page. (Note : what's the difference of Agent booking detail with Guest booking and Owner booking detail is from the Agent name bar in the right corner of the booking details

Step 3 : How to Create Booking For Owner Booking

  1. Click ‘Create Booking’ button.

  2. Select ‘Owner Booking’.

  3. Select the owner name from List of Owners.

  4. After choose the Owner names, the page will automatically redirect to the create booking form (For Owner). The difference is, user will see the form heading, the name of the owner you have chosen will appear.

  5. For the next step, it will be the same as the Create Booking for Guest Booking and Agent Booking step, you will have to fill all the mandatory fields (Select Property, Select Room Type, Room Name, Last Name Applied Rate) to proceed to the next step.

  6. Specifically for Owner Booking, user can only choose properties from the ownership properties which already set from the domain owner. For example, the owner of Ocha only owns properties called Grandview Palaces and Luminary, so she can only choose one from those two properties.

  7. Especially in Owner booking, while you select the stay period, you also have to pay attention to the 'Current Owner Stay Balance' section. This section is to tell user how many nights of stay balance the owner has. For example, when owner Ocha has a 14 night stay balance in GrandView Palaces,she only has 14 stay periods in total to stay in that property. (Note : the Current Owner Stay Balance’ will depend on the property).

  8. Click ‘Next’ and check your booking, then can click ‘Confirm’ to proceed to the next step.

  9. After click the ‘Confirm’ button, the page will automatically redirect to Owner Booking Details page.
