What is Booking Status

Booking status is information that we can set. This status can be changed based on what you need and guest condition.

The booking status will appear in several places in Host Portal (PMS), such as :

Room Allocation Tab :

All Bookings Tab :

Booking Detail Header :

Filter Button in All Bookings and Draft Tab :

Download Report in All Bookings and Draft Tab :

Explanation :

Confirmed : Condition when booking already consumed the availability. Manually changed from Draft.

In House : Condition when guests already stay at the property.

Checked-out : Condition when guest already checked-out from property.

No Show : Condition when the user decides that guests not come to the property.

Archived : Terminal status for booking

Draft : Condition if booking is just created with no availability has been consumed.

The detail condition :

Draft

Conditions if booking is just created with no availability has been consumed.

1. User able to edit the booking detail

2. User able to access payment tab only for creating invoices, no add payment

3. Status only be change to ‘Confirmed’ status

Confirmed

Conditions when booking already consumed the availability. Manually changed from Draft.

1. User able to edit booking detail and the availability is consumed

2. User able to access payment tab and make payment

3. User able download invoice and receipt

4. Unable revert back to Draft booking status

5. Confirmed status can be changed to this several status :

  • In house

  • No Show

  • Cancelled

  • Check-out

No Show

Condition when the user decides that guests not come to the property.

1. User unable to edit the booking detail

2. User able to download invoice and receipt

3. Unable to add new additional House cleaning and Guest Service

4. Able to issue refund

5. Able to revert back the booking status to ‘Confirmed’

Cancelled

Condition when the user decides that the guest has cancelled the booking.

1. User unable to edit booking detail, except these section :

a. Stay Detail

  • Booking Source

  • Comment

b. Guest Detail

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Address

  • Personal Identification

  • Comment

c. Payment

  • Void Payment

  • Issue Refund

  • Download Invoice & Receipt

  • Add Payment

  • Void Invoice

  • Generate an Invoice

d. Note & Attachment

2. Able to revert back to ‘Confirmed’ status

In House

Condition when guests already stay at the property.

  1. Able to edit booking detail

  2. Able to download invoice and receipt

  3. Able to add new additional guest service and house cleaning

  4. Able to issue refund

  5. Able to revert back ‘Confirmed’ or change into ‘Check-out’ status

Checked-out

Condition when guest already checked-out from property.

  1. Able to edit booking detail, except all field in in stay details and guest details tab (comment enable to edit)

  2. Able to download invoice and receipt

  3. Able to add new additional guest service and house cleaning

  4. Able to issue refund

  5. Able to revert back to ‘Confirmed’ or ‘In House’ booking status

Archived

Terminal status for booking

  1. 30 days after user change to ‘No Show’ status

  2. 6 months after user change the booking status into check-out and cancelled

  3. Still able to download invoice and receipt

  4. Unable to add new guest service and house cleaning

  5. Unable to issue refund

  6. Unable to revert back the booking status
