What is Payment Status

Payment status helps you track where a payment is in the process and what steps are involved. You’ll see the payment status in the following places:

  • Room Allocation :

  1. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  2. Select Booking > Room Allocation.

  3. Click Payment Status in the bottom of the Room Allocation page.

  • All Bookings :

  1. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  2. Select Booking > Booking List

  3. The payment status will appear in the Booking List table.

  • Filter button :

  1. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  2. Select Booking > Booking List.

  3. Click the All Bookings or Draft tab.

  4. Click the “Filter” button in the top-right corner above the table.

Details of Each Payment Status:

Pending Payment : Condition if no invoice has been created in the booking.

Waiting Payment : Condition if any created invoice with or without payment action has been initiated

Partially Paid : Condition if booking amount (accommodation + guest service) has not been fully paid

Paid : Condition if booking amount (accommodation + guest service) has been fully paid
