Payment status helps you track where a payment is in the process and what steps are involved. You’ll see the payment status in the following places:
Room Allocation :
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Booking > Room Allocation.
Click Payment Status in the bottom of the Room Allocation page.
All Bookings :
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Booking > Booking List
The payment status will appear in the Booking List table.
Filter button :
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Select Booking > Booking List.
Click the All Bookings or Draft tab.
Click the “Filter” button in the top-right corner above the table.
Details of Each Payment Status:
Pending Payment : Condition if no invoice has been created in the booking.
Waiting Payment : Condition if any created invoice with or without payment action has been initiated
Partially Paid : Condition if booking amount (accommodation + guest service) has not been fully paid
Paid : Condition if booking amount (accommodation + guest service) has been fully paid
