What is Payment Status

This payment status is to show the process / steps at the payment stage. Payment status will appear in several of these places :

  • Room Allocation :

  1. Go to Booking tab in Dashboard

  2. Select Room Allocation

  3. Click on the ‘Payment Status’ in the bottom of the room allocation

  • All Bookings :

  1. Go to Booking tab in Dashboard

  2. Select booking list

  3. The payment status will appear in the booking list table

  • Filter button :

  1. Go to the dashboard

  2. Select Booking list tab

  3. Click ‘All Bookings’ or ‘Draft Tab

  4. Click ‘Filter’ button in the right of the top page

Here are the details for each payment status :

Pending Payment : Condition if no invoice has been created in the booking.

Waiting Payment : Condition if any created invoice with or without payment action has been initiated

Partially Paid : Condition if booking amount (accommodation + guest service) has not been fully paid

Paid : Condition if booking amount (accommodation + guest service) has been fully paid
