How to Manage Booking Request from Owner Portal

Step 1 : Go to Booking Request

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Click Booking from the sidebar menu.

  4. Select Booking Request.

Step 2 : Booking Request Overview

In booking request page, you will see the booking list. This booking comes from a Owner account request.

  • Search bar : Search the booking by Booking Request ID, Guest Name, Property Name, Requester Type, Requester name.

  • Booking date and Booking Request ID : Showing the booking date and the booking request ID.

  • Guest Name : Showing the name of the Guest.

  • Property Name : Showing the name of the property.

  • Room Type Name : Showing the Room Type Name.

  • Check-In Date : Showing the Check - In Date.

  • Check-Out Date : Showing the Check - Out Date.

  • Request Status : Showing the Request Status of the booking.

    • Waiting Approval : Condition if the booking request still waiting host approval

    • Requesting Cancellation : Condition if the booking request has been rejected by host

    • Rejected : Condition if the booking has requesting cancellation to host

  • Requester : Showing the Agent or Owner Requester.

Step 3: View Booking Request Details

  1. Open the Booking Request page.

  2. Select the booking request that you want to view.

  3. The Booking Request Details page will open.

Step 4: Approve or Reject a Booking Request

  1. Open the Booking Request page.

  2. Select the booking request that you want to review.

  3. Check the booking details.

  4. On the top-right corner, click one of the following options:

    • Approve Request to approve the booking.

    • Reject Request to reject the booking.

  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear.

  6. Click Confirm to proceed.

After the request is approved, the booking will become an active booking and can be found in the Booking List or Room Allocation.

If the request is rejected, it will remain in the Booking Request list with the rejected status. The requester will also be notified automatically through email or the Owner/Agent Portal.
