Agent Portal Overview

The Agent Portal is designed to help agents efficiently manage and create bookings. Through this portal, agents can seamlessly handle reservations and track booking status. This integrated ensures better coordination between Agents and Host. Once booking is created, it will automatically linked to the Host Portal, allowing host to receive, review, and manage incoming reservations in real time.


Step 1 : Navigate to Agent Portal

Through PMS Host Portal

  1. Go to PMS Host Portal.

  2. Click 'Login as Agent' button.

  3. User will redirect to Agent Portal.

  4. Log in to the registered agent email.

Property Tab

User able to looking for the property and order the property through this tab.

There will be three column to manage your property searching :

  • Property

  • Stay Dates

  • Number of Guest

Booking Request Tab

In this section, Agent can manage the booking which already created through the Agent Portal.

  • Search Bar

  • Booking Date, Booking Request ID and Status

    • Waiting Approval : Condition if the booking request still waiting host approval.

    • Requesting Cancellation : If Agent requesting cancellation for the booking.

    • Rejected : Condition if the booking request has been rejected by host.

    • Confirmed : Condition if the booking has requesting cancellation to host.

    • Cancelled : Condition if Agent has cancelled the booking request.

  • Associated Host

  • Property and Room Type Name

  • Guest Name

  • Booking Date

  • Booking Amount

  • Payment Status

  • Commission Fee

  • Commission Amount

Agent can filter the Booking Request based on these three category :
