Inviting agents is a simple task in PMS. Please follow this guide if you as the host want to invite agents to PMS.
Step 1: Navigate to Sales Channel - Agents
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Sales Channel > Agents.
Step 2 : Invite New Agent
On the agents page, click the “Invite New Agent” on the top right corner of the page.
On the Invite New Agent page, you need to fill in the agent email and fee for that agent with the details below.
Agent Email: the email address that will be used as the username when the agent log in to the Delta PMS Agent Portal page.
Fee: a commission fee percentage for the agent. This will be used as the calculation when there is booking from that agent.
After you fill in the important information, click “Invite Agent” > “Confirm” to send an invitation email to the agent.
You need to wait for the agent to receive an invitation email from the system and log in to the Delta PMS Agent Portal page, which will register them automatically into our system.

Step 3: Ensure the Agent is Successfully Invited
On the Agents page, you can check on the status of the agent.
If the status is ‘Active’, then the agent already has an account for Delta PMS Agent Portal.
If the status is ‘Invited’, then the invitation email is already sent to that agent’s email address, but they have not created an account for Delta PMS Agent.
If you want to notify the agent whose status is Invited, you can click on the “See details” button in that agent row, then click the “Notify Agent” button.
If you want to cancel the invitation to the agent whose status is invited, you can click on the “See details” button from in that agent row, then click “Cancel Invitation”.
