In this guide, you will learn how to efficiently search for specific invited agents within the Agent List page. By following the step-by-step guide below, you can navigate through the process of entering an invited agent's name in the search bar and visualizing the matching results in the agent list.
Search Invited Agents With The Results
Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Channel menu
Log in to your PMS account.
Go to the Dashboard.
Find and click on the "Sales Channel" menu on the sidebar on the left of your screen.
Step 2: Select the Agents submenu
Within the Sales Channel menu, select the "Agents” submenu. Click on it to proceed to the agent list page.
Step 3: Use the Search Bar.
Click on the search bar and start typing the name of the agent you are looking for. The search bar uses dynamic functionality, meaning it will start showing results as you type, filtering the agent list to display only those that match your search keyword.
Step 4: The Results.
As you type, the agent list will automatically update to show agents that match the search keyword. This real-time search functionality allows you to quickly find agent without having to manually scroll through the entire list.
Search Invited Agents With No Result
Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Channel menu
Log in to your PMS account.
Go to the Dashboard.
Find and click on the "Sales Channel" menu on the sidebar on the left of your screen.
Step 2: Select the Agents submenu
Within the Sales Channel menu, select the "Agents” submenu. Click on it to proceed to the agent list page.
Step 3: Use the Search Bar
At the top of the Agent List page, you will find a search bar. This is the tool you will use to search for specific items.
Step 4: Input Random Text on the Search Bar.
Click on the search bar and start typing random text that does not correspond to any agent names.
Step 5: The Results.
As you type random text, the agent list will automatically update. If there are no agent that match the search keyword, the screen will display a blank list with the following wording: “There are no agents invited yet. Get Started by clicking the “Invite New Agents” button above.” indicating that no matching agents were found.
