Navigating to the Agent List Page When There Are Invited Agents

As a host, managing agents is crucial for effective sales channel management. By navigating to the Agent List page, you can view detailed information about each invited agent and take necessary actions to optimize your sales channels. Follow the steps below to access the Agent List page within the Agents section on PMS when you already have invited agents:

Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Channel menu

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Find and click on the "Sales Channel" menu on the sidebar on the left of your screen.

Step 2: Select the Agents submenu

  1. Within the Sales Channel menu, select the "Agents” submenu. Click on it to proceed to the agent list page.

Step 3: Viewing the Agent List

  1. After selecting the Agents submenu, you will be directed to the Agent list page. Here, you will find a comprehensive table displaying essential information about each invited agent. This information includes:

  • Agent Name: The column that shows the names of the active, deactive, and invited agents.

  • Agent Email: The column displays the email addresses of the agents.

  • Commissionable Fee: The column that presents the commissionable fee associated with each agent.

  • Status: This column indicates the status of each agent, providing insight into whether they are active, deactivated, or invited (pending).

Action: In the Action column, you will find a "See Details" button for each agent. By clicking on this button, you can access more detailed information about the respective agent.
