How to Set Basic House Cleaning Schedule

This Article will help you to create and manage the Basic House Cleaning Schedule.

Step 1 : Navigate to House Cleaning Schedule

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Click 'Settings' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.

  4. Select 'House Cleaning Schedule'.

Step 2 : Create Manual New House Cleaning Schedule

  1. Go to Dashboard.

  2. Click 'Settings' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.

  3. Select 'House Cleaning Schedule'.

  4. Click 'See Details' on the right side of the property name list.

  5. Click 'Create New Cleaning Type' in the room type.

  6. Fill all the field :

    • Cleaning Type (Mandatory) : Type of the cleaning.

    • Frequency (Mandatory) : Frequency of time in doing cleaning.

    • Description : Additional Description for the cleaning type.

    • Cleaning Cost (Mandatory) :

      • Base Cost : Price for house cleaning.

      • Cost Type : Costs will be charged based on Per Guest type or Per Cleaning

    • Cost Per Period : Add specific costs to specific periods.

  7. Click 'Finish Setup' button.

  8. Successfully notification will appear 'Cleaning Type Has Been Added' if your Cleaning Schedule saved properly.

  9. The cleaning schedule will appear in House Cleaning Schedule List by each room type.

Step 3 : Add Cleaning Schedule from Inventory

Required : There is already a cleaning schedule created and stored in the inventory.

  1. Click 'See Details' on the right side of the property name list.

  2. Click 'Add From Inventory'.

  3. Select the cleaning schedule based on your needs by checklist the cleaning schedule. (Able to select more than one cleaning schedule).

  4. Click 'Add'.

Step 4 : How to Input House Cleaning to the Cleaning Inventory

  1. Click 'Settings' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.

  2. Select 'House Cleaning Schedule'.

  3. Click 'See Details' on the right side of the property name list.

  4. Click on the three dots on the right side.

  5. Select 'Save to Inventory' on the Cleaning Schedule which you want to save it in the Inventory.

  6. The successfully notification 'Cleaning Type Has Been Saved to Cleaning Inventory' will appear if your cleaning schedule already saved.

Step 5 : How to Edit Cleaning Schedule

  1. Click 'Settings' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.

  2. Select 'House Cleaning Schedule'.

  3. Click 'See Details' on the right side of the property name list.

  4. Click on the three dots on the right side.

  5. Select 'Edit Cleaning Type'.

  6. Start to edit your cleaning schedule.

  7. Click 'Save Changes'.

Step 6 : How to Delete Cleaning Schedule

  1. Click 'Settings' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.

  2. Select 'House Cleaning Schedule'.

  3. Click 'See Details' on the right side of the property name list.

  4. Click on the three dots on the right side.

  5. Select 'Delete'.
