How to edit house cleaning schedule

Editing a house cleaning schedule in the Delta PMS is a simple process that allows hosts to manage their house cleaning schedule.

Step 1: Navigate to House Cleaning Schedule

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Once logged in, go to the sidebar on your left screen.

  3. Click the Room Management menu on the sidebar to show the submenu House. Cleaning Schedule.

  4. Select House Cleaning Schedule submenu on the sidebar.

Step 2: Search for House Cleaning Schedule That You Want to Edit

  1. On the Date filter above the House Cleaning Schedule Table, select the date of the house cleaning schedule that you want to edit.

  2. On the House Cleaning Schedule Table, search for a cleaning schedule that you want to edit.

Step 3: Edit a Cleaning Schedule

  1. Click the Edit button on the right side of the cleaning schedule that you want to edit.

  2. An Edit House Cleaning Schedule popup will appear. There are only two field that you can edit for the cleaning schedule with the details as follow:

    1. Task Date: You can change the date of the cleaning schedule for the booking. Note: please make sure that the task date is within the booking stay date, or else you will encounter an error notification.

    2. Status: You can change the cleaning status that you want for the cleaning schedule. There are two status for the cleaning schedule. Dirty and Clean.

  3. Click on the Save button to finalise your edited house cleaning schedule. Note: Please ensure that there’s no duplicate cleaning type on the same booking on the same date.

  4. You can also Delete Cleaning Schedule by clicking on the Delete button. Please ensure that you selected the right cleaning schedule and once the cleaning schedule is deleted, it can’t go back.

Step 4: Ensure That the Cleaning Schedule is Successfully Edited

  1. If you edited the cleaning schedule task date, you can go to the Date filter above the House Cleaning Schedule Table, then select the same date with the cleaning schedule that you just edited.

  2. On the House Cleaning Schedule Table, check if the cleaning schedule that you just edited appears in the table. If you edited the cleaning schedule status, please ensure that the status is changed to the status that you want.

  3. If you deleted the cleaning schedule, please ensure that the cleaning schedule disappears from the House Cleaning Schedule Table on the date that you choose. Also please ensure that the cleaning schedule disappears from the booking as well.
