Display Refund & Cancellation Policy on Receipts

■ Overview

You can now choose to display your Refund & Cancellation Policy on the receipts issued to guests.

This helps ensure that guests are always aware of your property’s refund and cancellation rules, even after receiving their payment receipt—reducing misunderstandings and follow-up inquiries.


■ Where to Configure

Settings > Policy > Refund & Cancellation Policy


■ How to Enable the Display on Receipts

  1. Open Settings from the left-side menu

  2. Select Policy

  3. Click Refund & Cancellation Policy

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enable
    “Show this policy on receipt”

  5. Review your policy content and click Save


■ How It Appears on the Receipt

Once enabled, the Refund & Cancellation Policy will automatically be shown at the bottom section of the guest receipt.


■ Notes

  • The displayed text will match the exact content you configured in the policy settings

  • The receipt layout follows the system’s default design

  • Re-issued receipts will also include the policy after this setting is turned on

  • Automatic translation is not available.
     Please switch languages in Delta PMS and set the Refund & Cancellation Policy separately for each language.
