Step 1 : Go To Terms and Condition
Log in to your PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Settings > Policy > Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Step 2 : How to Create Refund & Cancellation Policy
Click “+ Add New Policy”.
Check at least one portal where the Refund & Cancellation Policy will be shown.
Agent Portal
Direct Booking
Invoice
Receipt
Type the title for the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Fill the contents with a minimum of 100 characters.
Click “Save as Draft” if you need to review it again.
Click “Add Policy” if you want to save and publish the term.
If the new policy is successfully saved, there will be a notification that says 'Policy saved'.
Your terms will appear in the Refund & Cancellation Policy list.
You can review the new policy from Direct Booking and Agent Portal.
Step 3 : How to Edit Refund & Cancellation Policy
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Settings > Policy > Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Find the policy you want to edit. You can use the search bar by using the keyword.
Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the policy row.
Select Edit Policy and edit it.
Click “Save Changes”.
Step 4 : How to Delete Refund & Cancellation Policy
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Settings > Policy > Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Find the policy you want to delete. You can use the search bar by using the keyword.
Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the policy row.
Click Delete Policy.
The Delete Policy confirmation popup will appear and click “Delete” to continue the deletion.
If the deletion is successful, there will be a notification that says ‘Policy has been deleted’.
Step 5 : How to Arrange the Refund & Cancellation Policy that show in Direct Booking and Agent Booking Portal.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Settings > Policy.
Double click the dots on the left side of the Terms of Service list, then drag and drop the row to arrange the order.
Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy order list through Direct Booking and Agent Booking portal.
Note: For the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the arrangement will be followed by the policy order that is shown in a specific portal (Direct Booking/Agent Portal/Invoice).
