How to Set & Edit Guest Definition

Guest Definition is a policy to decide the category of guests, whether they are infants, children, or adults, based on their age. You as the host can define each category.


Step 1 : Go to the Guest Definition

  1. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  2. Click Settings > Policy > Guest Definition.

Step 2 : How to Set Guest Definition

  1. Open the Guest Definition tab.

  2. Write a detailed information sentence for each Adults, Children, and Infants field.

  3. Click Save Changes.

  4. Review each information of Guest Definition in each portal (Direct Booking and Agent Portal).

Step 3 : How to Edit Guest Definition

  1. Open the Guest Definition tab.

  2. Edit the guest definition by writing the new definition for each guest type.

  3. Click “Save Changes”.

  4. Your change will be automatically reflected in each portal (Direct Booking and Agent Portal).
