How to Edit Guest Service Category

Step 1 : Navigate to Categories List Page

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Select Rates and Availability > Guest Services.

Step 2 : Edit the Guest Service Category

  1. Click the Categories tab.

  2. Select the guest service category you want to edit by clicking the pencil icon.

  3. Edit the guest service category name and check or uncheck the portal where the service will be shown.

  4. Click “Save changes” to save the edited guest service category.

  5. If you want to cancel the action, click “Cancel”.

  6. After you click “Save Changes”, your edited guest service category will appear in the Guest Services Categories tab, Guest Service tab in Booking Details, and in several portals (Manual Booking, Direct Booking portal, and Guest Portal).
