How to Edit Guest Service Category

Step 1 : Navigate to Categories List Page

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. On the left side of your screen, locate the sidebar. Click on the Rates and Availability menu.

  4. Select the Guest Services submenu. This will take you to the list of guest services available.

  5. In the list guest services page, choose the Categories on the right of the Item List bar.

Step 2 : Edit the Guest Service Category

  1. Click Categories Tab.

  2. Select the Guest Service Category to be edit and click the pencil icon.

  3. Edit the Guest Service Category name or un-checklist the portal which shown the guest service category.

  4. Click Save Changes button to save the edited Guest Service Category.

  5. Click Cancel to cancel the action.

  6. After you click Save Changes your edited Guest Service Category will reflected in Guest Service Category tab, Guest Service Tab in Booking Details, and in several portal (Manual Booking,Direct Booking portal, Guest Portal).
