How to Edit Guest Service Item

Keeping your additional services up-to-date and correctly categorized is crucial for providing a seamless experience for your guests. Follow the steps outlined below to edit the item category of a specific item within the guest services section in PMS.


Step 1: Navigate to Guest Services.

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Click on the Rates and Availability > Guest Services submenu.

Step 2 : Edit Item in Guest Service Item List

  1. Select the Item List tab.

  2. Choose the item you want to edit in the guest services list.

  3. Click the pencil icon (edit button) in the Actions column. This will open the edit item page.

  4. On the edit item page, edit the field you want to change.

  5. After making changes in any fields, click the “Save changes” button to save your modifications.
