How to Delete Guest Service Item

Step 1: Navigate to Guest Services.

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. On the left side of your screen, locate the sidebar. Click on the Rates and Availability menu.

  4. Select the Guest Services submenu. This will take you to the list of guest services.

Step 2 : Delete the Guest Service Item

  1. Select the Item List tab in Guest Service.

  2. Find the item you want to edit in the Guest Services list.

  3. Locate the Action column for the item you want to edit.

  4. Click on the Trash icon in the Action column.

  5. Delete item confirmation will shown.

  6. Click Delete.

  7. Once user click Delete action, there will be 2 condition :

    • Guest Service Item successfully deleted.

    • Guest Service Item failed to be deleted. This condition will happen if the guest service item related with some bookings or packages.
