How to Delete Guest Service Item

Step 1: Navigate to Guest Services.

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Select Rates and Availability > Guest Services.

Step 2 : Delete the Guest Service Item

  1. Open the Item List tab.

  2. Find the item you want to delete in the guest services list.

  3. Locate the Actions column for the item you want to edit.

  4. Click the trash icon in the Actions column.

  5. Delete item confirmation will appear.

  6. Click “Delete”.

  7. Once you click “Delete”, there will be 2 conditions.

    • Guest Service Item is successfully deleted.

    • Guest Service Item failed to be deleted. This condition will happen if the guest service item is related to some bookings or packages.
