How to Add New Guest Service Item

Step 1: Navigate to Guest Services.

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Click Rates and Availability > Guest Services. You will be redirected to the Guest Services page. This will take you to the list of guest services.

Step 2 : Add New Guest Service Item

  1. Select the Item List.

  2. Click “Add Item”.

  3. Fill in the required fields.

  4. Please check for approval if you want guest services to be booked upon request through the Guest Portal for the details follow these steps.

  5. Click the “Add Item” button to save the new guest service item.
