How to Add New Guest Service Item

Step 1: Navigate to Guest Services.

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. On the left side of your screen, locate the sidebar. Click on the Rates and Availability menu.

  4. Select the Guest Services submenu. This will take you to the list of guest services.

Step 2 : Add New Guest Service Item

  1. Select the Item List tab in Guest Service.

  2. Click Add Item.

  3. Fill the required Guest Service Item field.

  4. Click Add Item button to save the new Guest Service item.
