As a host, efficiently managing additional services offered to guests can significantly enhance their experience. This guide will help you navigate to the items list within the Guest Services section on PMS when items are already listed.

Step 1: Navigate to the Rates Menu.

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Find and click on the "Rates" menu on the sidebar on the left of your screen.

Step 2: Select the Guest Services submenu

  1. Within the Rates menu, select the "Guest Services" submenu. This is the section where you will manage all extra services you offer to your guests, such as spa treatments, guided tours, or breakfast options.

Step 3: Viewing the Guest Service Item List

Once you select the Guest Services submenu, you will be directed to a page displaying all listed items. On this page, the host should be able to see the following elements:

  1. Search bar: Hosts can utilize this feature to search for specific item names.

  2. Add item button: This button allows hosts to add new services to the list.

  3. Data table with the following information:

    • Item name: Displays the name of each service.

    • Category: Shows the category of each item

    • Description : Description about the Guest Service

    • Show in: Displays the configuration of where each item is shown.

    • Price per Item: Shows the price of each service.

    • Service Unit : Service unit based on the category Per Guest/Night/Booking

    • Status: A toggle button to activate or deactivate the service.

    • Action: Includes Edit and Delete buttons for each service, allowing you to modify or remove the service as needed.

  4. Number of rows shown: A dropdown menu lets you select the number of rows displayed on the page at one time. Options typically include 15, 25, or 35 rows.

  5. Pagination: Pagination controls at the bottom of the table allow you to navigate through multiple pages of listed items. The number of pages depends on the setting chosen in the "Number of Rows Shown" dropdown menu.
