As the host, efficiently managing additional services offered to guests can significantly enhance their experience. This guide will help you as the host navigate to the items list within the Guest Services section on PMS when items are already listed.

Step 1: Navigate to the Rates Menu.

  1. Log in to your Delta PMS account.

  2. Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.

  3. Choose Rates and Availability > Guest Services. On the Guest Services page, you can manage all extra services you offer to your guests, such as spa treatments, guided tours, or breakfast options.

Step 2: Viewing the Guest Service Item List

Once you are on the Guest Services page, you will be directed to the Item List tab by default. On this page, you can see the following elements.

  • Search bar: to search for specific item names.

  • Category and Service Unit filters: to show the guest services based on the category or service unit that you want to find. These filters allow you to find certain guest services faster. You can check more than one category and service unit.

  • Add item button: allows you to add new services to the list.

  • Table with the following information.

    • Item Name: displays the name of each service.

    • Category: shows the category of each item.

    • Description: a description about the guest service.

    • Shows In: displays the configuration of where each item is shown.

    • Price per Item: shows the price of each service.

    • Service Unit: service unit based on the category Per Guest/Night/Booking.

    • Status: a switch button to activate or deactivate the service.

    • Approval Required : in this section, the host can choose whether a guest service requires approval when it is booked through the guest service portal.

    • Actions: includes the Edit and Delete buttons for each service, allowing you to modify or remove the service as needed.
