Go to the Terms and Conditions
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Settings > Policy > Terms of Service.
Click Terms of Service tab.
How to Create Terms and Conditions
Click “+ Add New Policy”.
Type the title of the terms in the Title field.
Fill the contents with the minimum of 100 characters.
Click “Save as Draft” if you need to review it again.
Click “Add Policy” if you want to save and publish the term.
If the policy is successfully saved, there will be a notification that says ‘Policy has been added’.
Your new policy will appear in the Terms of Service list.
You can review your Policy from Direct Booking, Agent Portal, Invoice and Receipt.
How to Edit Terms and Conditions
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Settings > Policy > Terms of Service.
Choose the term you want to edit.
Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the term row.
Click Edit Policy.
Edit your policy.
Click “Save Changes”.
How to Delete Terms and Conditions
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Settings > Policy > Terms and Service.
Choose the term you want to delete.
Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the term row.
Click Delete Policy.
The Delete Term of Service confirmation popup will appear and click “Delete” to continue the deletion.
If the deletion is successful, there will be a notification that says ‘Term of service has been deleted’.
How to Arrange the Terms and Conditions that show in Direct Booking and Agent Booking Portal.
Required: You should have more than one term in the Terms of Service list.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side.
Click Settings > Policy.
Double click the dots icon on the left side of the Terms of Service list, then drag and drop the row to arrange the order.
Review the Terms and Conditions order list through Direct Booking and Agent Booking portal.
