CRM helps you as the host manage your guests while staying at your property. You can easily manage guests who have special requests or other needs/criteria by adding tags. Follow these steps to manage your guests by tags.
Step 1 : How to open the CRM
Log in to your Delta PMS account.
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side
Click CRM > Guest Information.
After you select Guest Information, the page will show a guest information table.
The table contains several information with this detail.
Guest Name: the name of the guest.
Email: the active email of the guest.
Phone Number: the phone number of the guest.
Nationality: the nationality of the guest.
Gender: the gender of the guest.
Age Range: the age of the guest.
Language: the language used by the guest.
Address: the address of the guest.
Tags: tags used by the guests.
No. of Booking: the number of the booking.
“Download Guest List” button: to download the guest list.
“+ Add Guest” button: to add new guest
“Manage tags” button: to manage tags, such as create, edit, and remove tags.
Step 2 : How to Create Tags
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side
Click CRM > Guest Information.
After you select Guest Information, the page will show a guest information table.
Click “Manage tags” > “+ Create tag”.
The Create New Tag popup will appear and type the tag name in the given field.
You can change the color of your tag by clicking the color square.
Click the “Create” button to save the new tag.
If your new tag is successfully created, there will be a ‘Tag created’ notification and you can check your new tag in the Manage Tags list.
Step 3 : How to Edit Tags
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side
Click CRM > Guest Information.
After you select Guest Information, the page will show a guest information table.
Click “Manage tags”.
Click the pencil icon on the tag row that you want to edit.
You can edit the tag by changing the name or color of it.
Click “Save” to save your change.
If your new tag is successfully changed, there will be a ‘Changes saved.’ notification and you can check your changed tag in the Manage Tags list.
Step 4 : How To Delete Tags
Go to the sidebar menu on the left side
Click CRM > Guest Information.
After you select Guest Information, the page will show a guest information table.
Click “Manage tags”.
Click the trash icon on the tag row that you want to delete.
Before you delete your tags, there will be a confirmation popup.
Click “Delete” to proceed your action.
If your tag is successfully deleted, there will be a ‘Tag deleted.’ notification and your tag will be removed from the Manage Tags list.
