How to Create or Manage Tags on CRM

CRM help you to manage your guests while staying at your property. You can easily manage guests who have special requests or other needs/criteria by adding tags. Follow these steps to be able to manage your guests by tags.

Step 1 : How to open the CRM

  1. Login into your PMS account.

  2. Select 'CRM' on the dashboard.

  3. Click 'Guest Information'.

  4. After you click the 'Guest Information' the page will show a page containing guest information.

    in Guest Information, there are several table list with this detail :

    • Guest Name : The name of the guest

    • Email : Active email of the guest

    • Phone Number : Phone number of the guest

    • Nationality : Guest nationality

    • Gender : Gender of guest

    • Age Range : Age of guest

    • Language : Language used by guest

    • Address : Address of guest

    • Tags : Tags used by guests

    • No. Of Booking : Number of booking

    • Download Guest List : This button is to download the Guest list

    • Add Guest : To add new guest

    • Manage Tags : To manage tags, such as create, edit, and remove tags

Step 2 : How to Create Tags

  1. Select 'CRM' on the dashboard.

  2. Click 'Guest Information'.

  3. After you click the 'Guest Information' the page will show a page containing guest information.

  4. Click 'Manage Tags'.

  5. Click '+Create Tag'.

  6. You will see table to make a new tag.

  7. Write in the column to make a new tags.

  8. Choose the color of your tag by click on the color.

  9. Click 'Create' button to save the new tag.

  10. If your tags successfully created, there will be success notification 'Tag Created' and you can check your new tags appear in Manage Tags list.

Step 3 : How to Edit Tags

  1. Select 'CRM' on the dashboard.

  2. Click 'Guest Information'.

  3. After you click the 'Guest Information' the page will show a page containing guest information.

  4. Click 'Manage Tags'.

  5. Choose and select the tags that you want to edit by click on the 'Pen' icon

  6. You can edit by change the name of the tags or change the color of the tags

  7. Click 'Save' button to save your change.

  8. If your tags successfully change, there will be success notification 'Changes Saved' and you can check your tags change in Manage Tags list.

Step 4 : How To Delete Tags

  1. Select 'CRM' on the dashboard.

  2. Click 'Guest Information'.

  3. After you click the 'Guest Information' the page will show a page containing guest information.

  4. Click 'Manage Tags'.

  5. Choose and select the tags that you want to delete by click on the 'Trash' icon

  6. Before you delete your tags, there will be confirmation message appear.

  7. Click 'Delete' to proceed your action

  8. If your tags successfully delete, there will be success notification 'Tag Deleted' and your tags will be gone from Manage Tags list.
