How to Add Tag for Booking

Step 1 : Navigate to CRM

  1. Log in to your PMS account.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Click 'CRM' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.

  4. Select 'Guest Information'.

Step 2 : Add Tag for The Booking

Mass Add Tag

  1. Go to the Dashboard.

  2. Click 'CRM' on the sidebar on the left of your screen to access the property list.

  3. Select 'Guest Information'.

  4. Checklist some bookings to add tags.

  5. Click 'Edit Tags' button.

  6. Click 'Add Tags for All Guest'.

  7. Checklist the tag based on your needs.

  8. Click 'Confirm' button.

Click 'Save Changes' to save your tags.

Add Tag by the Selection Booking

  1. Go to the Dashboard.

  2. Click 'CRM' on the left sidebar of your screen to access the property list.

  3. Select 'Guest Information'.

  4. Choose and select the booking which you want to add some tags.

  5. Click '+Add Tags' button in the bottom field.

  6. Checklist the available tag to your booking, also you able to create new tag by click '+Create New Tag'.

  7. Click 'Confirm'.
