How to Set Refund & Cancellation Policy

Step 1 : Go To Terms and Condition

  1. Go to the Dashboard.

  2. Click 'Settings' on the sidebar on the left of your screen to access the property list.

  3. Select 'Policy'.

  4. Click 'Refund and Cancellation Policy'.

Step 2 : How to Create Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Click '+Add New Policy'.

  2. Checklist at least one portal where the Refund & Cancellation Policy will be appear.

    • Agent Portal

    • Direct Booking

    • Invoice

  3. Type the title for the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  4. Fill the contents with minimum 100 characters.

  5. Click 'Save as Draft' if you need time to review it again.

  6. Click 'Create Policy' if you want to save and publish the terms.

  7. Policy has been successfully saved if there is Notification Bar 'Policy Saved'.

  8. Your terms will appear in Refund & Cancellation Policy list.

  9. You can review your Saved Policy from Direct Booking and Agent Portal.

Step 3 : How to Edit Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Go to the Dashboard.

  2. Click 'Settings' on the sidebar on the left of your screen to access the property list.

  3. Select 'Policy'.

  4. Select 'Refund & Cancellation Policy' section.

  5. Choose the Refund & Cancellation Policy you want to edit.

  6. Click on the pencil icon in the right side of the policy.

  7. Edit your policy.

  8. Click 'Save Changes'.

Step 4 : How to Delete Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Go to the Dashboard.

  2. Click 'Settings' on the sidebar on the left of your screen to access the property list.

  3. Select 'Policy'.

  4. Select 'Refund & Cancellation Policy' section.

  5. Choose the Refund & Cancellation Policy you want to delete.

  6. Click on the Trash Icon in the right side of the policy.

  7. Delete Policy Confirmation will appear, select 'Delete' to proceed delete the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  8. There will be Notification successful deleted the policy 'Policy Has Been Deleted'.

Step 5 : How to Arrange the Refund & Cancellation Policy that show in Direct Booking and Agent Booking Portal.

  1. Go to Dashboard.

  2. Click 'Settings' on the sidebar on the left of your screen to access the property list.

  3. Select 'Policy'.

  4. Click on the dots on the left side of the Terms of Service list.

  5. Drag and drop the dots to arrange the Terms and Conditions order.

  6. Review the Terms and Conditions order list through Direct Booking and Agent Booking portal.

Notes : For the Refund & Cancellation Policy the arrangement will also follow by the policy that shows in specific portal (Direct Booking/Agent Portal/Invoice).
