Step 1 : Go to the Guest Definition
Go to the Dashboard.
Click 'Settings' on the sidebar on the left of your screen to access the property list.
Select 'Policy'.
Click 'Guest Definition'.
Step 2 : How to Set Guest Definition
Open 'Guest Definition' tab.
Write the detail information sentence for each Adults, Children, and Infants.
Click 'Save Changes'.
Review each information of Guest Definition in each portal (Direct Booking, Agent Portal)
Step 3 : How to Edit Guest Definition
Open 'Guest Definition' Tab.
Edit the Guest Definition by write the change for each guest type.
Click 'Save Changes'.
Your change will automatically reflected in each portal (Direct Booking & Agent Portal).
