Adding Guest Service in Guest Portal

How to Login into Guest Portal

  1. After your booking is Paid and Confirmed, you will be received the Guest Portal through your email that you have registered when create the booking

  2. Login with Booking ID and Email

  3. Click 'Log in' button

  4. After you log in into your booking Guest Portal, you will be able to manage your booking through this Guest Portal.

How to Add Guest Service Through Guest Portal

  1. After you Log in into Guest Portal, scroll down until you find Guest Service Section.

  2. Click 'Book Now'.

  3. Then you will be redirect to Guest Service item list.

  4. You can choose the Guest Service based on your need by click '+' button

  5. Click '+' to add more quantity for each item

  6. Click 'Add' if you have make sure your Additional Guest Service

  7. Then, your item will appear in the top right 'Price Details' section

  8. You can manage by click 'Edit' icon beside the Item list in Price Details

  9. If the edit pop-up has appear, you can change the service date, quantity or remove the item

  10. Then, click 'Save Changes'

  11. If you already make sure your additional Guest Service, you can click 'Continue to Payment'
