The Guest Service Category is a classification that organizes different types of guest services available within the system. Each category groups related services together, making it easier for hosts to manage offerings and for guests to find what they need. These categories are reflected in the Guest Service Item List.
Step 1 : How to Open Guest Service Categories
Go to Dashboard.
Select Rates and Availability and click Guest Service.
Click Categories tab.
In Guest Service Categories you will se several table listed :
No : Number order of the Guest Service Category
Category : Name of Category
Shows in : Shows a portal where the Guest Service Category appear
Actions :
Edit : to edit the Guest Service Category
Delete : to delete the Guest Service Category
Step 2 : How to Add New Category in Guest Service
Click Categories tab.
Click +Add Category.
Fill the Category Name and select which portal to shows the Guest Service (User able to multi select).
Click Add.
Step 3 : How to Edit the Guest Service Category
Click Categories Tab.
Select the Guest Service Category to be edit.
Edit the Guest Service Category name or un-checklist the portal which shown the guest service category.
Click Save Changes button to save the edited Guest Service Category.
Click Cancel to cancel the action.
After you click Save Changes your edited Guest Service Category will reflected in Guest Service Category tab, Guest Service Tab in Booking Details, and in several portal (Manual Booking,Direct Booking portal, Guest Portal).
Step 4 : How to Delete Guest Service Category
Click Categories tab.
Select the Guest Service Category to be delete and click Delete icon.
Click Cancel to cancel the action.
After you click Delete your deleted Guest Service Category will be lost and reflected from Guest Service Category tab, Guest Service Tab in Booking Details, and in several portal (Manual Booking,Direct Booking portal, Guest Portal).
