  • Why does the Registered Guest Service Adjustment confirmation appear?

The confirmation appears when the booking has existing payable guest services. Since the booking details may have changed, the Host needs to review and adjust the guest service dates if needed.

  • Will the invoice be updated?

Yes. The invoice will be updated with the selected Rate and the confirmed payable guest services.

The Payment Remarks will also be marked as “Amendment.”

  • Will the receipt be updated?

Yes. The receipt will reflect the updated booking information and the newly applied Rate.

  • What booking information will be updated?

All updated booking information will be reflected in the Booking Details, Invoice, and Receipt, including which has changed :

  1. Stay Period

  2. Property

  3. Room Type

  4. Number of Guest

  • Can the Host Admin edit the selected package amount?

Yes. After applying Add New Rate to Payment, the Host can review the applied rate section and edit the rate amount if needed.
